I was thinking of the concept of when you get a drum tech and why. When does the drummer of a band not have time to set up? once he's rich and famous enough to up all night doing drugs and bangin groupies? one he's doing band interviews in the day (who ever talks to the drummer) once they want to sightsee/relax in the day rather than set up and tear down? Whwn do you get to the point of I cant set up and tear down because I am?
I guess there's different ways to look at it, and depending on the drummer's situation. Some drummers might have signing sessions, interviews/podcasts, sitting with accounting for their company etc. during load in and pre sound check. If I could afford a drum tech, I'd gladly hire one, so I could focus on some other stuff during setup. I do enjoy setup in certain settings, since it can be kind of meditative to set up your drums in peace. But when it's very hectic, it's not very enjoyable.

Your cases have no inner lining?!🤯
The hard cases come with foam pads in the lids and on the bottoms of the cases. The tuning lugs then keep the drum free floating in the case
