Really really nice. I remember helping some friends make one of these back before Reach launched in 2010 while I was more into cosplay. One of the harder experiences I've had with weapon making, but worth it when we brought it out that fall for the launch of Reach. I wonder if I still have pictures of me and my friends posing with other guys in line for the midnight launch.

I think the rifle before the paint with all the colorful pieces would make a cool weapon ornament. Reminds me of the shore troopers from Rogue One

Ayo Where can I gloves like those?
The base gloves I found at a local hardware store. I actually combined a pair of old gloves I already had with the new ones that I found from the hardware store to create that unique look. I then made a hand plate that goes on top of the hand using Eva foam
What's the thickness of foam u used for the main gun shape?
The thickness for the main body foam was 1/2”

I’ve been making foam props for a few years now. Typical large handmade props like these I sell for between $400-$650

@@hivecombos great question, no one has yet to request a full suit. This particular one took about 4 months to make. For a full suit would run 3,500-$5,000

...here you are making a sniper of such detail....and here i am struggling to make a karambit....either way great vid
I’ve been making stuff for a long while now so I have gained a lot of experience and have made many mistakes. The struggle is good!! You’ll learn so much from the process and I wish you the best of luck on your katambit :D
@@thecreativeinfantry thankfully its just dysgraphia well im nearly done on the karambit...just gotta put the bevel edge lines that i need to follow on the other side the give it a bevel edge...a note for the next one i make. do the loop after both sides are glued together...either way thank you for the advice...im thinking of doing a full scale ce magnum, ce sniper and a ce assault rifle (an lmg if you ask me) so thank you

Sweet. I believe the nominal size was 1.25 inches. I recommend you being a ruler with you to make sure! PVC tends to have strange dimensions
