    Thank you for this great and very informative video. I wish Kimberly shared more about how Ayurveda helped her.
    The video was bit short at the end. Please Raelan, don't worry too much about the length. The most important is the contant and the richness of it. We can all afford to pause the video when we get tired and continue watching when we can. More and more people worry about their videos being too long and making them shorter and shorter. I think that's not applicable for the subject of what this channel shares. Healing from Long Chronic illnesses takes time and we all need as many beautiful details and experiences as possible, so we can learn from each other without feeling the rush and the pressure from finishing the interview as soon as possible.
    Thank you again for what you bring here. Warm cheers xx

    Unfortunately my body didnt agree with a vegan diet. I was very weak and hungry all the time. Also a healthy diet did reduce the inflammation, but did nothing for my symptoms. I was also very depressed. I started to give more space for fun foods, eat out and it made me grow in energy. I actually recovered functionally by this.

    I am amazed how you found the strength to keep going and you and for your body to undergo all these treatments! What a mental strength you must have had to be able to endure all that, as well those around you. I also feel that we need to 'marinate' and 'sudder' in our own 'juices' before something start to emerge, softens within us to find meaningful and lasting transformation. I therefor have started to believe that there's no specific way to get better, I also think it's also a matter of time and have had the benefit of having gone through all those experiences. It's a bit like needing to accumulate the mud for the lotus to be able to surface. And the mud is formed by processing all that what has 'died' off. No mud, no lotus... It's easy to think if you would have done earlier all what you have done in the end, it might not have had the same result.

    • @KimbersNewFrequency
      @KimbersNewFrequency Рік тому

      @mariannehenderson5473 I love all that you have wrote hear so much💓 it's so true, it's such a process of transformation. A break down period of figuring out what isn't working, how to process it and let decompose so that we can begin to create something new out of that fresh compost. Just like the lotus begins to grow in the dark mud at the bottom of the pond, that period of beginning to grow ourselves anew deep down there can feel really dark and have growing pains as well. Sending much love and light your way in your process🙌

    Shock puts you even more into fight or flight mode and makes your brain even more anxious and stressed, which it already is, and then it actually shuts you down even more to protect you from danger. This should actually have led to mass crashes, which makes no sense. The vagus nerve is tinged with relaxation. There is an imbalance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, but doing things that trigger the sympathetic nervous system and then feeling better as a result doesn't really make sense.

    If you got sick in Denver around 2009, you need to know there is a law firm right now handling a case. They have an issue with water toxicity, many woman got sick all the way from Denver to Canon City as well as military. I could say a lot more but you are far from alone of who got sick. Look up occupational heavy metal toxicity. Your dark circles around your eyes are something I know well, the metals cause oxidation issues and can damage mitochondria, oxygen can make those circles disappear. Metals can cause damage to DNA this can cause a whole host of issues that show up years later. Detox! Its difficult for years to handle detoxing but keep sporatically doing it. The metals in this dump site Im referring to that CDC had to clean up included Uranium, Lead, Cadmium, Nickel... its nothing to guess at and the state isnt saying a word. Lead can get absorbed into the body tissues and bone for years, you wont pick it up usually from regular blood toxicity testing, many of us had normal results, but what they wont tell you is if you dont test after exposure you have to get an EDTA IV heavy metals test and most dr.s wont run them. It draws out the metals your body has absorbed and they run testing 24 hours later, results can run off the end range on the test they show you and be shockingly high. If you dont rid as much as you can you risk lung damage, digestive issues, and possible cancers many years after becoming initially sick. Cant count how many times I thought I was getting better then months later something worse would happen, be aware of what is going on in Colorado state and pay attention because a lot of people arent going to tell you the truth, they make a lot of money keeping us in the dark. Im not saying you cant heal or maybe you do have Lymes but I definitely recognized everything you all talk about here and I know how many of us were told one thing after another only to find out all of it was wrong. Had I not pressed for very specific testing Id believed all kinds of things and I had to fight hard to get heard. Sadly many years passed and I am now suffeeing huge consequences for the delays I was left in trying to treat myself to a serious issue. I would not wish the negligence I went through on anyone and I was a firm believer in holistic medicine, meditation and positive thinking but toxicity can kill people and it should not be toyed with.
