Hearing David talking is unbelievable calming.
I agree 😊🙌
Agree its like asmr lol 😂
I am so happy for David. I wish I could experience such rapid progress. I discovered the CFS Recovery principles in the fall of 2022. I've been working at recovery for a full year and a half, using the UA-cam videos and the free Facebook group, and although I've had a few small successes, overall my progress has been so, so slow. I'm only slightly better than I was 2 years ago - I still can't live a normal life and have significant PEM. I absolutely cannot afford coaching, so I am starting to feel hopeless. I must be doing something wrong. Or maybe it's that I don't have support and I often can't rest when I really need to.
I totally understand. Please don't feel hopeless. I've got tons of free videos here on UA-cam which that can help you.
This man is out here doing the lords work. I swear.
Thank you for that 😊
Thanks for sharing your success story David. It was very helpful as I'm using the CFS Recovery teachings and am slowly recovering and planning a holiday next year with my family!
Wonderful! That's really great news 😊🙌
This is so motivational 🙌
I'm delighted to hear that you found it motivational! 🌟 Keep harnessing that motivation to fuel your journey toward recovery. You've got this! 😊👍
Hearing you guys talking about not living in a survival mode made a click in my mind that i should go and do more . Not just doing more but doing any activities with joy not by being anxious. But ofcourse i woudnt just do so many activities. Its just that i would gradually increase my activities while enjoying it. Thank you😊.
That's a powerful realization! Choosing joy over anxiety in activities is a wonderful approach. Gradual progress with enjoyment is key. 💖 Keep embracing positive changes, and here's to more joyful moments ahead!
Hello David, a fellow Singaporean here 😀 listening to your story gives me hope. Dealing mostly with insomnia and muscle weakness. Muscle weakness improving but the insomnia is really sticky. Is there a way to connect with you or is there a community in Sg? Feel really lonely. Thank you and congratulations on your progress. ❤
I am so happy for you and your family I have being like this for a year and I feel last
Thanks...appreciate it ❤️
Can you tell how much you charge please
Amazing story! I'd love to the program but I don't of I have cfs, I worry I have a heart problem that hospitals haven't found. I can walk but get chest pains light headed all the time, if I walk fast or run I'll have delayed major side effects. May be a stupid question but is there any way we can be sure we have no condition causing this and it's chronic fatigue?
Have a look at these videos to get a better understanding of what's going on and how the body is trying to recalibrate itself.

Also, here's a playlist I created that will help you deal with symptoms if you're looking for more info on specifics: ua-cam.com/play/PLJT8-UVmfsmKHgGkCQPKkmHgZL11LqvJa.html
I hope these helps! 😊
Where can we find your program? I have long covid and i am bedbound .. thx
I always recommend going through the questionnaire and if you qualify, booking a strategy call to see if you're a good fit for the program! www.cfsrecovery.co/apply.
Looking forward to connecting with you! 😊
Hey Miguel, such a great, inspiring story. Thanks so much for all your videos and for what you do. I think I've watched all of them and considering even joining your program in the future. You mention in this video that you asked David to take his watch off. I've heard the same from another coach. For myself, the step tracker helps, as it gives me a sense of progress, making me move a bit more in the day, if I see I didn't overdo it and I'm actually making progress. Also makes me feel better about my sleep. :) Do you think progress should be measured mostly by how we feel or why do you recommend taking the watch off? I sometimes find it hard to assess how I feel and if I should push it a bit more or not, so that's where the watch sometimes help. Thanks!
I have videos about this.

Thing is ...ive tecovered many times but as you age it gets harder til you can't
May I ask how old you are? I am in my mid-40s and finding it so hard to recover. I think I've been stuck in survival mode my entire life. I can't seem to ditch the fearful thoughts. I've been trying to recover using Miguel's principles since 2022 and my progress has been only slight. I do believe in his principles but implementing them is really hard for me I guess.
@@Laura_B__ I've just turned 50.
Anything that can help..every time you crash you make it worse don't you.
There is some real help on the way. Have you seen the work of the open medicine foundation.
It's run by the guy who helped Co create the human genome project. It's non for profit. He's trying to save his son. He has nobel laureates working with him.
Don't want to raise your hopes too much but he thinks it's cureable. Not just treatable.
Yes , the brain is overactive..it's a neiroimmune disorder.
The first time I got sick I got pretty much back to normal but always knew there was smthg deep down.
Have you tried anti inflammatory type supplements?
I'm waiting on this cure.
The work going into long COVID is going to be very reproduceable in m.e.
It's just a matter of time.
Hang on in there x
@@Laura_B__ sorry..just to emphasize .mind technique can be great..for some that's all they need. For others they need pharmaceuticals too and supplements.
I actually take beta blockers, anti depressant and I get prescribed 8;tablets of diaezepam every month.
I wish I didn't have to but sometimes it's so unbearable, they snap me out of the hole...you do get tolerance and they're not exactly good for you but hey, until they give us real treatment..I'll take it.
I also take nicotine...but you have to be VERY careful..stimulants can fool you into thinking you can do more than yould.
Do you take electrolytes? That actually helps with anxiety cos we have low blood volume.
Anti histamines help with MCAS.
If you can cut out sugar and carbs that will help with the anxiety tooits just as many little gains as you can
I totally understand. Please check these links. I hope they help!

Sorry to hear about that. How are you doing now?
