- If Tony Stark Was Charged For His Crimes In Iron Man (2008 - 2013) & Avengers (2012 - 2019)
Anthony Stark was a billionaire industrialist, a founding member of the Avengers, and the former CEO of Stark Industries. Had he been arrested after the events of "Avengers: Endgame", these are the criminal charges he would have faced.
Our exploration extends beyond fiction as we draw parallels to real-world scenarios. We examine cases of real-life criminals and their prosecutions, drawing on legal expertise to examine the likelihood of Iron Man’s criminal activities leading to actual charges.
Please note that the video you are about to watch is entirely fictional and is produced solely for the purpose of raising awareness on the consequences of committing a crime. The scenes depicted in this video are not real and do not reflect any actual events or persons. We do not condone or promote any illegal or unethical behaviour, and this video is intended to serve as a cautionary tale to deter individuals from engaging in criminal activity.
The real reason Tony sacrificed himself, the one timeline the Avengers defeat Thanos just happens to be the same one he can’t get out of being sentenced.
There is more timelines avengers won but doctor strange stopped at only 14 million
@@Undercapsule thats not true the avengers pretty much won in almost every timeline its just the fact that the TVA stopped them or something other than thanos destroyed the earth

You can't tell me that hacking into his own company database is a crime. It belongs to him.
Kind of, only if he’s the largest shareholder
@@prestonferry he most likely is the ONLY share holder. his name is also the companys name.
@@Captaindark900 I’m pretty sure they mention shareholders in the film
@@prestonferry i dont remember that. Could be true. But even if its is , iron man is the biggest shareholder
@@Captaindark900 might not be… Remember, Obadiah Stane was his father’s lifelong friend and was bascially the cofounder…
And don’t quote me on there being shareholders… I remember that but it could just be a false memory, I’m not sure…
Bros charging crimes on heroes before villains, that's crazy
Crime is crime
Even heroes commit crimes
Well, vigilantism is a crime.
@@RobHorrorLive vigulantism isn’t, vigilantism is.
@@Dctctx That's what was going to say before it autocorrected.
Remember the golden rule: it's never a war crime the first time
Ayyyyyyyy
New video: If the penguins from Madagascar were charged for their crimes
YES OMG!!
“Kaboom?”
“Yes, Rico, kaboo-“
*terrorism*
Death x ♾️
@@Silencersix :DD thank you i needed this.
So you put them in prison where they already were (zoo). And they will escape it.
Isn’t there a crime for child endangerment or recruiting a minor as a child soldier in regards for bringing in Peter Parker? He was 15 at the time.
Exactly he gave a weaponized suit with an instant kill feature to a minor.
@@JayG724 to be fair, he did lock all the lethal features away, he just underestimated Peter's skills with computers
@@Mate_Antal_Zoltan
The prosecutor would still fry him for having the feature in the first place but I see your point.
I don't think Tony was trying to kill Rhodey when he fired the blast at him in Iron Man 2 (he's his friend at the end of the day, and likely knew the suit would protect him). The second-degree murder charge seems a bit harsh in my opinion.
The funny thing is if he 100% knew that his suit could protect him from anything, some self-defense claims would not be self-defense.
@JKBDTS I mean in a lot of those cases he's also defending friends or civilians that aren't wearing any suits.
@@nickvang7 Not always
@JKBDTS And in other cases he's fighting super-powered individuals so he can't assume they can't hurt him.
@@nickvang7 Well yea, but I said if he was 100% sure.
Tony: destroyes a spaceship with a nuke
Cinema Cop: self defense
I was just going to type this same thing
@@cmc4598 lol
I mean if it wasn't self defense, Tony would be charged with a fine for destroying an alien spaceship 😂
@@edmund8416 who would fine him, the alien police?
It is self defence, the aliens were attacking earth
Tony deserves a Government pardon though because he saved the universe from being snapped out of existence by Thanos.
I love when you added that he broke that journalist phone , as he said bill me it wouldn't be crime ig
If someone broke your phone and then he or she told you to bill me it ???
5:00 actually, I might be completely wrong but this could be deemed as self-defence too, it was Rhodey who came into his house, stole his suit and started beefing with him
But he was kinda disturbing the peace and as he was drunk he was playing with his suit which could harm the people on his house
@@blazeyt6732 yes, but that was prior to this situation, if that was the case it should have been better classified
@@SkampyMAN yeah but that was what caused Rhodey to intervene he first warned him to stop using the suit
But then later he didint listen
@@SkampyMAN yeah but that was what caused Rhodey to intervene he first warned him to stop using the suit

Most of Tony Starks Crimes was Self Defense!!!
and more a good cause
Now Do If "Deadpool" was charged for his crimes
Om
Damn😂
One thing missing from the video. Since he built military equipment he's likely signed the US equivalent of the "official secrets act" so testing military equipment in full public view could be in violation of some kind of intelligence/espionage law
He never tested military equipment in full public view
You should do scarlet witch next
Yeah, not to mention Agatha Harkness and J. Jonah Jameson!
I would love to do Scarlet Witch🥵
“Reckless endangerment” can be used to describe whole Tony’s life
Most of what Tony did was in self defense. Tony is cocky and slick. The first computer hacking should’ve been pardoned due to the fact pepper was helping Tony figure out what obidah was up to with the iron monger suit
More importantly it should've been pardoned due to the fact that the computer was literally Tony's computer.
vanko's arc reactor isnt really destruction of property as tony stark has the legal copyrights for the original arc reactor and miniature arc reactor
It would absolutely be tampering with evidence though, as anything connected to vanko’s attack would legally be considered evidence
Suggestion: John Kramer from Saw Franchise.
Wouldn't there be additional crimes committed because he brought Spider-Man, who at the time was a teenager in high school, into a fight against Captain America's team, which was mostly viewed as terrorists pretty much? I mean, Spider-Man wasn't even totally on board to go, either. If I'm remembering it correctly, didn't Stark threaten to tell his Aunt May he was Spider-Man?
Yep a minor taken across state and international lines without parental approval regarding of who's ordering stark is kidnapping at minimum and that's not adding to it putting him in harms way.
You realize in the break in scene tony straight up murders some of the guards, right?
0:13
Correction: This version isnt 6'1,we see in Iron Man 1 that his height is shown on papers as 5'9,thats literally Earth 199,999s Tony Starks canonical height.
RDJ himself is like 5'7 without elevator boots
As we saw in No Way Home and in Spiderverse with 6'9 Miguel and 6'4 Peter not all alternate versions have the same stats.
The Ultimate universe for example has different stats than 616
You gave us the video we didn't deserve but the one that we needed
Every heroes had own criminal records, until they laughed like Squidward.
Why you gotta bring squonkwad into this
Leave my man skid mark alone he ain’t done anything 😭
@@Silencersix True, but some just jokes.
Saving The President: Pardoned.
I would argue one of the unauthorized computer accesses was unwarranted because he owns the company. How can it be illegal to access your own property?
idk if he forgot but the entirety of avengers civil war was about them being charged for their crimes.
Bro has some of the craziest self-defense ive ever seen
I feel that he should have gotten multiple pardons. Saved everyone on the heli-carrier, saved the world, saved the president, saved the universe, etc. I can't remember more.
Killing thanos and his army, x1000+ first degree murder 😂
Damn I don’t think any character on this channel is gonna come close to the 350 million dollar fine Iron Man would be paying unless they also destroy government property
for Iron man that's really easy to pay though
Hulk would easily surpass that with all the buildings he destroyed in age of ultron
Being a superhero sure is expensive
Wallace and Gromit next
YES
5:00 you could say it’s self defense as Tony was defending himself
"Officer the F22 fired first it was in self defense"
you forgot to give him the 5 minute timeout for swearing
If the Master Chief was charged for his crimes?
It seems to me that it is illegal to take a minor without passport (Peter said that he doesn't have passport) to Germany to arrest dangerous superhumans.
Let's be honest, saving the president would get Tony easily pardoned, much less saving humanity multiple times.
The F-22’s engaged him without warning, and he saved their life in the process. He wasn’t reckless they were.
Tony must have great lawyers. He didn’t serve even a day.
What if the Postal Dude was charged for his crimes
the intresting part is when tony is fighting to save the whole world he said it was `self defens`
Love to see a Jack Bauer version but that’s a lot of watching 😂
Tony: Is that all you got?
Government: Wanna make it 50 and 650,001,000?
Tony: 😮
Almost every thing is self defense 😂
Charging a billionaire hero is impressive.
0:22 You forgot a big one: Unliscensed use of copyrighted music. (Its a bit meta in this case) when making this movie, they didn't actually have permission to use AC/DC's song "Back in Black". AC/DC's laywers followed up with a lawsuit.
But he wasn't recording? Lmao
@@jonasdj2950 like I said, its META. Its a 4th wall-breaking crime, because it was a crime on behalf of the actual production crew
Wow, I'd think commercial movies wouldn't make rookie mistake like that. Maybe they were hoping to pay the fines afterwards when they make back the money from the movie.
He endangered Spider-Man. He should be charged with child endangerment
nah this dude is too underated i thought this shit got like 1 million views
The events of Avengers: Age of Ultron from a legal perspective should've had both Tony Stark and Bruce Banner life in prison.
Would Tony get in any trouble in civil war for employing a 14 year old (at the time thats how old spiderman was) to participate in a civil WAR?
pretty sure the answer is yes as its a 14 year old in a WAR
He gave him a suit with an instant kill feature. That’s gotta be a felony.
Robert Downey Junior is the actor of Iron Man. He wears an iron digital suit. like a robot one as Iron Man and it called him, Tony Stark
Tony's full name is actually Anthony Edwards Stark
In armour he is 6'6" without it he's 6'1"
And I'm pretty sure that Iron Man suit weighs 192 kg but outside the suit Tony weighs 70 kg
+
There is no "unauthorized computer access" as it was his computer and he's the CEO of the company and "accessing a network without authorization" as Rhodey gave Tony permission to access his network, so his sentence should've been 33, 8 months in prison
using atomics to blow up an alien spaceship, self defense totally fine 😂
What's wrong?
Please do John Luther or Assane Diop
Tony is my hero, and why I love engineering, and the means justified the ends. No imprisonment
In order to charge someone for the crimes he was ordered to bring them in for the order needs to be lawful, which it was not, therefore there are several more charges to be brought to him and by extension the people who ordered him to do those things.
DO IF NATHAN DRAKE WAS CHARGED FOR HIS CRIMES
Nathan is an actual menace
4:00 actually that wasn’t a crime because it was his computer inside his office inside a building owned by his company
Do Kill Bill Next
Can You Also Do Hannibal Lecter
And Chucky From The Moives+The TV Show
And Superman
Pretty sure you missed the part where he flew a kid to a battle field and falsified a passeport
Day 1 of asking you to make if luis lopez and Johnny Klebitz were charged for their crimes
DO JOHN KRAMER FROM SAW NEXT!
Now do Dominic Toretto and Brian O’Connor.
Bro could just pay his way out of jail.
1:30 that was fair, he did assault a lot of people, but remember, they were the ones holding him hostage and torturing him
If you get a chance can you do if Detroit Become Human characters were charged for their crimes?
4:05
Should also be self defense + reckless endangerment.
9:54
I also don't think recruiting a child was under government orders given that Rhodey and Stark were on the same page and even Rhodey shamed Stark for hiring a kid.
If dom was charged for his crimes
When he destroyed the plane in Afghanistan, it wasn't his fault as he was thrown into it.
He's was in a no fly zone without permission. It's on him
He should have told rhodey it was him and got out of the no fly zone
Everyone just wants to put RDJ back in prison
when he destroyed the jet, the jet hit him and so it should be 1 less crime for him
Tony could actually pay that final fee
if this were real, most if not all of these would be pardoned
3:57 actually it is Tony is allowed to have access to to the data, so I think as he was allowed tosend someone to get the data
I don't understand why some people hate this video. I think it's kind of funny.
nah if he distroyed thanos's ship shouldn't the intergalactic laws apply
2:07 it's that your real voice?
7:19 He was saving the world
destroys the oracle arena and uts self defense
I know the video will basically be 2 or 3 movies long, but do deadpool
What if James Bond was charged for his crimes?
Wouldn't most of them not count as they're under government orders and he has a license to kill?
i like how iron man gets shot at in his metal suit, throws the guy 5 ft into the air, and get a pass cus its self defense 😂
Well it is still self defence because the guy shot at him to kill, doesnt matter if he was in a metal suit, he was still being shot at
@@sai_Indurthi If he was 100% his suit can protect hil I don't see why this should be self-defense.
@@sai_Indurthi true idk why i didnt realize that 😭
All of these would be dropped due to him being in the avengers
iron man is so cool bro, btw who's that guy on steroids using a salad plate?
You forgot he brought in Peter who was 14 a minor and put him in danger without his aunt's permission. Not only that but took him across state lines and into another country. All federal crimes. Even under government orders he couldn't have done that
The government is to blame if it was done by its orders.
@@JKBDTS it wasn't under their orders to kidnap a child and bring him into a combat zone. Even if the government ordered him to he can still be charged. He's not a government agent nor military personnel that has to follow orders. He's a civilian that can say no . Nowhere in the constitution does the government have the right to order a civilian to go or take another ( especially) a Minor into a situation were they can be harmed or killed. Even if he was military or a government agent he could say no ( but would be required to explain to a jag court or a civilian one why he disobeyed) .
@@1969chgoodwin I don't remember much from the movies, if I even watched the one it's talking about, but if it was like you say, then sure.
4:00 why I mean that's his own company's computer and he might have given the authority to pepper to do it
Do Captain america was charged for his crimes
arkham joker or hugo strange next
Killing is only okay when Ironman does it
he needs Jayoma on his side
Do raymond reddington
If Dr Eggman Was Charged For His Crimes
There should definitely be some more murders in there lol. Also was it really government orders to bring Spiderman in, especially since hes a minor?
that's the biggest fine i've ever see
I thought the avengers were a privately sanctioned organisation. Don’t they make a point of that in civil war with Sokovia accords being put in place? So how can they be under government orders when attacking the hydra base in silo is when they are a private organisation?
How aboout Sachiko Shinozaki? She's a ghost and she... kills people.
If Iron Man was charged. The Universe would've been -50%. Simple as that.
-100%, actually.
Um how is Tony not getting a child endangerment charge for spider man
