An improvement that a lot of people overlook is in endgame when hulk is about to snap we see Tony engage a wakandan holo shield. This is an upgrade to his suit's shield as in infinity war the power stone completely obliterated his nano bots when he used them as a shield and caused tony to actually run out of nano bots allowing thanos to stab him

The speed at which he puts the suit(s) on is my favourite upgrade. It took so long with the first suit that Yinsen died, so each subsequent suit gets faster and faster to put on.
I would also like to say that when Tony saw Rhodes falling down while trying to catch him ... He also felt the shortage of his speed. And hence his upgraded suit in infinity war has the ability to go at a huge speed in little seconds
Lol what? His mk2 suit literally went supersonic. Speed was never an issue. If he flies downwards with such tremendous speed he will never be able to quickly reverse his motion after catching war machine.
This was explained in another video similar to this yes, the infinity war booster was because of that, problem is tho, it can only be used on emergency as it depletes energy. What's interesting in Infinity War is how much power the suit carries over almost 3 fights, one with Thanos kids, one with Starlord miscommunication and then it depleted entirely after thanos, I believe if he did get to suit to work alongside the stones he'd probably fix that energy first
Vision did have perfect aim, its just that Sam escaped it by seeing the blast and ducking it, Vision only has perfect aim on a still target like all guns have, his mind stone beems are not heat seeking missiles so they can't change direction
In Avengers: Infinity War Tony used a shield made out of nano tech, but Thano's attacks made the shield to breakdown and loose lots of nanobots, So in Avengers Endgame Tony made a shield from a force field to prevent that from ever happening again.

The Border Tribe has force shield tech and Shuri introduced the nanobots suit via toothed necklace to her brother in the same movie. By the end of the movie, they promised to share the technology with the world. Leave it to Tony to apply it as he sees fit. (Also it was confirmed by the Russo brothers.)
If you watch his repulsors closely, the Iron Man suits all improve on the repulsor tech with each passing model. In the first movie we see lots of sparks and stray fires from the hands and feet as he flys, but by Infinity War those stray sparks are nowhere to be seen, and the movies in between show different levels of improvement from start to end.
In "Infinity War" Tony's two hand repulsors weren't enough to phase or hurt Thanos at all. In "End Game" when he tells Thor to hit him with lightning it powers up many repulsors that fire at once. They form into one concentrated blast that is strong enough to push Thanos back and make him stagger. Although Thanos ended up blocking the blast with his spinning sword thingy. Still a cool upgrade.
The repulsor extensions were shown in Infinity War when he fought Obsidian Black (or whatever that big guy’s name was) in the “Earth is closed” suit-up scene.

Parachute should've been there since Mark-II though, a parachute is like the most basic fail-safe when you're making anything that can fly. It's actually weird that it took him that long to install a parachute considering he fell from the sky quite often.

I think it was because Rescue is meant for emergencies. Like when he needs Potts out of the conflict with just enough fire power to ensure none stands in the way. War Machine unlike his suits ia equipped with mostly ballistic weaponries with energy based like its repulsora as back ups. Plus it seems like it never adopted mk-42-48 suit up sequences that requires individual power sources. and instead just optas for the Iron Man 3, full body suit up.
I think another addition that you could add now that Spiderman: No way home is out is about the nanosuit too. When Tony was fighting Thanos in space (sorry cant remember the name of the world) his nanosuit gets damaged and doesn't move to protect, which in turn allows Thanos to stab Tony in the stomach. In Spiderman No way home, Spiderman's nanosuit actually moves from his head to his chest in order to protect the stabby stab from doctor Octavius at the beginning of the film.

Tony made the suit prior to the fight but he had his fight with Thanos while Spidey was there, wearing the iron spider for the first time and then he got dusted. Tony doesn't see him again till the fight with Thanos in Endgame where Tony dies. Basically Tony never had time to make this addition to his suit so it was either always apart of his suit or Spidey did it himself but I believe the case for NWH was Spidey can control the nanos just as Tony could with his suit and he shifted the nanos to protect his chest rather than the suit automatically doing it.

Just an observation, how come he didn't think of putting a parachute after he falls due to the suit icing in the first movie. Seems like the obvious step. Hell, a parachute seems like an obvious feature to have in any kind of flying machine.

There are probably still infinitely many ways to improve his suit if he was still alive in MCU. to answer the first question (if he was, again, still alive) he might have been able to make something similar to it.
I think prime iron man/model prime is one of tony's strongest suit(in comics)... Tony made it phase proof so vision can't phase through him and it has some regeneration power,like in the comics the suit was damaged by a strong explosion by captain marvel and the suit scattered into little pieces then as fast as a flash the little pieces comeback to tony and the suit was good as new... it has some firepower/weapons that even captain marvel can't absorb and can damage her.
The mk 50 and above actually do have this ability , the nanobots can counterphase and vibrate at the frequency at which vision and ghost vibrate at in order to phase. Which gets rid of their ability to phase through
The best thing about all these improvements is that after the first film, it never bothered to spell it out for the Audience as it trusted them to be smart enough to piece it together.
Missed the one about the hardlight shield, while fighting thanos Tony was losing Nanobots whenever Thanos attacked and destroyed the defensive measures Tony made with nanobots. This caused him to lose out in a battle of attrition so Tony made a way to defend that didnt require treating the nanobots as expendable.
Tony Stark gave Spiderman his suit during Captain America Civil War before the War Machine's incident happened, so either he added the parachute after the fight against Captain America, or he added it before the fight knowing that Spiderman can't fly.
He is doing something for humanity, he built machines that dont required petroleum or fossil fuel as a means of transportation, he is reducing the carbon imprint, hes researching into developing batteries that have a extremely rapid charge and are able to hold that same charge for hundreds of miles longer than most current technologies
Pretty sure many people already mentioned this, but the shield scene in endgame when he activate the force field shield is caused by his depletion of nanobot when fighting thanos,more specifically from thanos's power stone beam

Spider-Man has the strength that Tony doesn't, the suit is better off with gadgets that can complement his natural agilty and speed instead of giving him a neutrally good gadget that can somewhat be a burden or add more weight/less movility
The is also the scene in iron man 3 when the kid in the garage talks about the invincible cloaking armor and he later applied that to the supply jets in Spider-Man

Not really I don't think Iron man 2 was a disappointment at all the "what will always be my greatest creation" scene will remain one of the most Iconic scenes in marvel and the fact tony rediscovered a new element was pretty cool
Nobody mentions how after losing a lot of nano boys in IW to Thanos he makes a switch to hard light projections to be able to not waste more nano bots.
Also, in Infinity War, Tony draws from the nanobot reserve to form his shield. When Thanos was blasting him with the Power Stone's energy beam, he destroyed the nanobots, thus creating holes in the suit that gave him the opportunity to stab Tony. In Endgame we can see that he overcame this mortal error by using Wakandan energy shields

For the "Parachute" one in the iron man comics Tony's repulser's are arc reactor's so if the main one in his chest was damaged, he had four more to spare.

Major thing you missed, when Tony upgraded to nano bots, his use of his shield deteriorated his supply of bots, ultimately leaving him vulnerable to be stabbed, he fixed this issue by upgrading to a holographic shield.

Just an observation, how come he didn't think of putting a parachute after he falls due to the suit icing in the first movie. Seems like the obvious step. Hell, a parachute seems like an obvious feature to have in any kind of flying machine.

Does Tony Stark Iron Man have a feature in his suit which would prevent someone like Vision and the Ghost from phasing into his suit? How many other ways are there for Tony Stark Iron Man to perfect his suit?
There are probably still infinitely many ways to improve his suit if he was still alive in MCU. to answer the first question (if he was, again, still alive) he might have been able to make something similar to it.
I think prime iron man/model prime is one of tony's strongest suit(in comics)...
Tony made it phase proof so vision can't phase through him and it has some regeneration power,like in the comics the suit was damaged by a strong explosion by captain marvel and the suit scattered into little pieces then as fast as a flash the little pieces comeback to tony and the suit was good as new... it has some firepower/weapons that even captain marvel can't absorb and can damage her.

The mk 50 and above actually do have this ability , the nanobots can counterphase and vibrate at the frequency at which vision and ghost vibrate at in order to phase. Which gets rid of their ability to phase through

Missed the one about the hardlight shield, while fighting thanos Tony was losing Nanobots whenever Thanos attacked and destroyed the defensive measures Tony made with nanobots. This caused him to lose out in a battle of attrition so Tony made a way to defend that didnt require treating the nanobots as expendable.
Tony Stark gave Spiderman his suit during Captain America Civil War before the War Machine's incident happened, so either he added the parachute after the fight against Captain America, or he added it before the fight knowing that Spiderman can't fly.

He is doing something for humanity, he built machines that dont required petroleum or fossil fuel as a means of transportation, he is reducing the carbon imprint, hes researching into developing batteries that have a extremely rapid charge and are able to hold that same charge for hundreds of miles longer than most current technologies

Apart from an A.I, How come Tony Stark Iron Man never built at least one feature from the Iron Man Armor into the Iron Spider suit like the Repulsors? What do you think he would do if he fought against Spider-Man villains like Green goblin, Doctor Octopus and Electro?
Spider-Man has the strength that Tony doesn't, the suit is better off with gadgets that can complement his natural agilty and speed instead of giving him a neutrally good gadget that can somewhat be a burden or add more weight/less movility

Nobody mentions how after losing a lot of nano boys in IW to Thanos he makes a switch to hard light projections to be able to not waste more nano bots.

Also, in Infinity War, Tony draws from the nanobot reserve to form his shield. When Thanos was blasting him with the Power Stone's energy beam, he destroyed the nanobots, thus creating holes in the suit that gave him the opportunity to stab Tony. In Endgame we can see that he overcame this mortal error by using Wakandan energy shields

Major thing you missed, when Tony upgraded to nano bots, his use of his shield deteriorated his supply of bots, ultimately leaving him vulnerable to be stabbed, he fixed this issue by upgrading to a holographic shield.
