Steve Rogers is a World War II veteran, a founding member of the Avengers, and Earth's first known superhero. Had he been arrested after the events of "Avengers: Endgame" (2019), these are the criminal charges he would have faced.
Our exploration extends beyond fiction as we draw parallels to real-world scenarios. We examine cases of real-life criminals and their prosecutions, drawing on legal expertise to examine the likelihood of Captain America’s criminal activities leading to actual charges.
Please note that the video you are about to watch is entirely fictional and is produced solely for the purpose of raising awareness on the consequences of committing a crime. The scenes depicted in this video are not real and do not reflect any actual events or persons. We do not condone or promote any illegal or unethical behaviour, and this video is intended to serve as a cautionary tale to deter individuals from engaging in criminal activity.
Cap: How many crimes are you going to charge me with?
Judge: I could do this all day.
Haha 😂
That's fuckin gold. XD
If Anakin Skywalker was charged for his crimes.
With his amount of warcrimes It's gonna be a long video
Love it! Your comment should be pinned!
*cinema cop
"Pretty sure this guy's a war criminal now, but whatever I have to show these videos it's required by the state."
He’s not
I feel like a chunk of Cap's Winter Soldier crimes get absolved when the government agents being lied too/assaulted are Hydra.
Same. And I’m not sure how the treason charge comes about. Especially if you watch Legal Eagle’s take on the Sakovia Accords.
True
I was just about to say that lol
Bro basically served his sentence in ice 😂😂
😂🤣💀
NO WAIT HE GOT A POINT
what about the life sentence
@@rivaanrathod3920in Germany life sentence is only 30 years
@@milan.13wait a minute
So many crimes and yet Mjolnir declared that Steve Rogers is worthy 🤔🤔
Mjolnir isn't something that determines morality/ethics. Not saying breaking some of these laws is immoral, I'm just saying if it was immoral mjolnir wouldn't necessarily determine you unworthy
@@David-gj9qr r/whoosh
He always had good intentions
Sounds like America to me
bro the asgardians used to eat kids and thor was still worthy
8:13 the US government did not tell Cap to drop kick this guy into a wall like that
Government orders were to take the terrorist group lead by Crossbones to justice, unless I'm mistaken, so the dropkick is somewhat justified(?)
Fr that was brutal
his scenes in winter soldier were extremely cool and perfect. I miss those days. 10 years...
5:03 my man going into debt squared
No way that jet was worth 100 mil😭
@@Knownasvaughnyea it should be wayyyyyy more
how does bro not get a pardoned for helping in saving half the universe?? 💀
He does
He stayed behind when returning the stones to their respected times in history then went back to 1940 to live his life with Peggy Carter. I’d say he got a self-pardon.
@@InfiniteNaos he got a pardon after infinity war, i dunno why i guess because everyone was so sad that they didnt give a shit
4:28 technically, this is self defence, as one of them threatened him with a taser, and he was in a headlock, so I think he should only be charged for resisting arrest
the entire Shield trying to arrest him is rather controversial since Shield was compromised by Hydra.
@@keremy.5613 Making it not a crime
Totally self defense.
"She's just a kid!" Offense: Child Endangerment 😂😂😂
Judge: Steven Rogers, you have been charged with numerous crimes you have committed in every country.
Cap: I can do this all day.
8:35 “unlawful imprisonment” 💀
I find it hard to believe the elevator fight could be considered a lawful arrest attempt, which would make that self-defense. In turn, the rest of his escape there could also be considered as such.
I also don't see how he could be charged with treason, especially since the accords hadn't had time enough to be ratified by the US government.
Agreed. Those werent actually federal agents, but foreign agents who infiltrated a governement agency.
Captain criminal at your sevice
You really doing the heros dirty 😂
Next: if terminator was charged for his crimes
Could a machine even face charges! Skynet's the AI, so that would be our defendant.
Don’t put him on bail… he won’t be back.
@@kylecope528based on if it’s sentient or not, based on various media, yes and will be dismantled
If it isn’t sentient the charges go to the creator
Is Captain America the biggest menace out of the Avengers?
Probably not but cool that you did him
Possibly
Captain America is most purest of heart and goodest Person out there let alone Avenger
He is a good person so no.
@@Knight5168YT They're ALL good people
Next one: Jack Reacher (either one) and Ethan Hunt from Misson Impossible
You're ignoring his greatest crime of all:
5:03 Being in New Jersey.
If Black Widow was charged for her crimes
3:50 That should be self-defense, considering that he wasn't the one that instigated the fight, but rather said something to which they retaliated with violence. Sticks and stones may break bones, but words never hurt anyone.
Not to mention, Most of his Crimes during The Winter Soldier and Civil War are controversial for multiple reason, like how Hydra took over Shield.
If Thor Was Charged For His Crimes
His worthy
Wanting another
he's not a human of earth, he's a god of Asgardian
good idea
@@DWuniverse-2010burglary, assult , property damage
Dayum, looks like Cap might have to lay low in the ice again for another 70 and a half years.
You forgot when he would "fight Ross too" in Infinity War.
To anyone wondering why Cap was still able to lift Mjolnir:
Presumably Mjolnir does not "judge" a person's worthiness according to the same morals or laws as humans do. Rather, it is about whether a person has a pure heart and always selflessly fights for what he believes is right - And that's exactly what Captain America always did, even if it wasn't always in accordance with the law.
Being a good person isnt enough to be worthy; you also need to be able to lead others in combat, kill when necesary, take the tough choices, etc
if jason bourne was charged for his crimes
This was my Idea in the last Video!!! Please make ALL THE OTHER AVENGERS!!!!! 🤗👍🥳
If Loki was charged for his crimes:
Guilty, of
Doing this
Requesting for "If Brian O'Conner was charged for his crimes"
Day 2 of asking "If Joe Goldberg were charged for his crimes"
If daredevil was charged for his crimes
If Rocket Raccoon Was Charged For His Crimes
He’s already been charged for some of them😂😂
I object:
Elevator scene in Winter Soldier was self defense against a criminal organization (Hydra). In fact, most of it is against a criminal organization so I'd say it shouldn't count.
Also, I object. Most actions in Civil War are in protecting the wrongfully accused (Bucky Barnes) so those crimes shouldn't count either.
If Sonic Was Charged For His Crimes
PLEASE do a video If John Kramer was charged for his crimes
If Darth Vader was charged for his crimes
If Deadpool Was Charged For His Crimes
If wolverine was charged for his crimes next
Do If Simba Was Charged For His Crimes in The Lion King next please!
6:03 - This is Anatoly Kniazhev from BvS?
What crimes
Technically, he was borrowing the car. He even told Natasha to take her feet off the dashboard.
If Jon Bernthal's Punisher got one of these, it would be a long video.
4:27 is it battery if they attacked him first. Because one of the agents attacked him with a stunner and then the others attacked him too🤔🤔🤔
Can you do if Sedusa from the Powerpuff Girls we're charged for her crimes!!!
The judge: "you're going in prison for 70 yrs"
Steve rogers: "you just made my dad judge...because that's how long I have been frozen for. So, I can do this all year"
Everyone: "......."
THE COP ON THE LEFT IS FROM AGENT CARTER'S SERIES LOL 2:27 he lived in the 40s how does no one talk about this
you should do one for Thanos
Man i miss the real mcu
If Homelander Was Charged For His Crimes
Realistically speaking, I’m pretty sure Captain America couldn’t be charged for any of the crimes that he did against the shield agents controlled by Hydra, considering the fact that he knew it wasn’t shield.
4:27 battery? They attacked him first. (In elevator)
4:27 yeah i agree they attacked him first in elevator.
Clearly self-defense
All he has to do is take a Power Nap in prison and the 70 years would be gone.
4:26 i mean the agents attacked him first so it was self-defense instead of battery x10
Deadpool
Wolverine
Magneto
Wilson Fisk (Daredevil + Hawkeye)
Ant-Man
Scarlet Witch
And finally, the Human Torch, or the Walking Arsonist.
And blade
Super fun channel here😂....keep it up
im gonnna say this before the vid if he doesnt include him riding a motorcycle without a helmet imma lose it
If Moon Knight was charged for his crimes
If the Ghostbusters were charged for their crimes.
The favorite superhero from my and my father senteced to life imprisonment?! God damnit, man.
Maybe next time Try Spider-Man (MCU) Charged for His Crime?
If winter soldier charged for his crimes
If Count Olaf was charged for his crimes
that Germany one is a good catch... but bro is the symbol freedom everywhere
If cap is charged with these many crimes tgere is something wrong in law☠️
If agent colsen got arested for his crimse
Too soon, this'll probably need an update after Deadpool and wolverine comes out (according to trailers Cap is involved for messing up the timeline after endgame)
How would you give a sentence for messing with the space time continuum
If Markus from Detroit become human was charged for his crimes
Markus is a robot and isn't subject to laws as he would be chattle to that painter guy who owned him, so technically he didn't brake any laws, none of them can
@@phartferd5738 Regardless I wanna see what kind of crimes he committed
@@phartferd5738actually he would be subject based on ending, if you go through a dead ending then he would merely be dismantled with a fine given to the creator/manufacturer
If you go with an ending that gives freedom to them then it would be standard crime charges, even then im pretty sure they’d be dropped for the actions aiding in a civil rights movement
If Dexter was charged for his crimes
5:00 +theft of government property (he took the shield with him which was government property)
Funny how no one evr got deathsentence so far
If I was charged for my crimes...wait.
He found shield old base and it just skin it and now he scanned it. Shield is Hydra for a case.
If Walter White was charged with crimes
The cinema cop already has it
Can you please make an episode about John Kreese and Terry Silver? According to my calculations, movies and the CK show combined John Kreese has at least 400 years in prison.
I’ve said before we need one for Johnny Lawrence too. Just the DUIs and child endangerment charges should put him away for a long time, and he did an international kidnapping once.
@@caseymetcalfe7191 You are absolutely right.
If Kasdullah/Doel (from Si Doel Anak Sekolahan) was charged for his Crimes
You kinda have to do Thor now
Carjacking should be Aggrevated Grand Theft Auto of a Emergency Vehicle
Next Case: If Black Widow was charged for his crimes.
His? Bro?
More ideas for videos
Chucky (child's play)
Ghostface (scream)
Fliqpy (Happy tree friends)
Homelander (the boys)
Dr Zomboss (plants vs zombies)
Magneto (X-men)
the flash (DC)
Ganondorf (the legend of Zelda)
General Zod (DC)
General armstrong (Metal gear rising)
leatherface (Texas chainsaw massacre)
Kirby (Kirby)
Peter griffin (Family guy)
Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th)
Freddy Krueger (the nightmare on elm street)
Mario (Super Mario Bros)
Sonic.EXE (Sonic.EXE)
Lord Tourettes (Dick figures)
There’s a difference between being charged and being convicted.
Bro evaded his crimes by going back in time.
Do one on Attack On Titan
For all that MOS Superman gets ragged about, apparently Cap is more of a troublemaker.
100,256,000$ fine💀💀💀💀
Captain America is punching super strength on the guards of shield and betray them
Do one if Dean and then Sam from Supernatural are charged of their crimes every episode they pretend to be police or FBI and almost every episode they kill a possessed person there is no way of knowing if the person is a monster or not
Now try and charge secretary Ross for all of the crimes he committed
infinitely pardonable
If Darth Vader was charged
Try thor
I love how the endgame final battle was just SELF DEFENSE 😂
Forgive him! He has been imprisoned in the ice for 70 years!!
So because he was frozen in ice i think its safe to say he technically only needs to pay the fine
How did Cap get a higher sentence than Tony lmaoo
Some of these are a stretch and some of these wouldn't be crimes as he could still be under orders. He was working with SHIELD and his boss told him to not trust anyone. He was also being assaulted in that elevator by Hydra, not sure he'd get charged with a crime there.
I feel like he would have been pardoned from some of those crimes.
That’s also his own uniform in the museum so technically that’s not stealing
3:50 and 4:44 should be considered self defense since those agents were about to have him killed/captured.
The punisher from the netflix series would surely collect some nice numbers
Do bucky😭
