Ray, I 100% agree. Rodney was the best comic I ever saw live. Way better than Carlin or Bobcat. And this roast was a disgrace to Rodney's legacy. It shows me that people like Seinfeld, Barr, Allen, Clay, Carrey, Foxworthy have no loyalty or appreciation for what he did for them. I'm an amateur comedian & my focus is impressions. I met Godtfried last year & did my impression of him, Yoda & Jim Carey. I had Gilbert laughing. When I told him I was an unknown comic and asked him for help. He got all quiet and depressed and said No. I'm sure If it was Rodney, he would of helped me.

Well OK, but Rodney deserves better than most of this. For years I've been looking for a brilliant 5 minute monologue he did at this (or some other) roast that aired around 2002 - 2004. What a man, I've loved and respected him ever since. Anyone recall it, or know where it can be found?
