I think they call it an ID haha. I was getting confused with how enneagram says it. I didn't know if I was to run both together, but apparently that's accurate, so ID it is! :)
I think it says a lot that you took their behavior as "jerkiness." I think it showed that the Ds usually prioritize work and results first, Is like to socialize, Ss are friendly and think about others first, and C focus on the details around them. But I suppose everyone interprets things different depending on how the receive feedback differently than others.
Definitely not balanced and does not support DiSC's cornerstone principles that there are no right or wrong styles. As a "D" I don't feel the need to be frustrated or a jerk all the time.
