For me, its possible. I noticed several pictures are both of answer at the same time. Then I think we are both pf the answers. But after I think clearly more, how can merely pictures define me as I am? How can they tell our personality just by we are guessing some pictures?

Other than number 3 where I couldn't see the woman's face till he pointed it, I was often able to see both things almost simultaneously depending on what side of the photo I started with
Same with me as well, earlier I did a test with professional and the results rounded up to the fact that I used both hemispheres of my brain equally, so I was able to familiarise with both of the pictures for most of the optical illusions.
The problem with these is that I typically see both of the images at the same time, like, immediately. My brain the moment the image comes on the screen is just like: there's two things happening here, this and this, and then I read the description things and I'm like yeah, both of these apply a lot. The squirrel one was weird because I saw the squirrels and I also immediately knew there *was* a face there because my brain was like thereisafacethereisaface but it actually took me another second to find that face.

I know I probably won't get an answer at this late date but, what does it mean when you run your eyes across the picture And depending on where you come from you see 1st one then multiple images overlaying each other. Sometimes 2 overlapping images at the same time together. Like the tree with the 2 faces over the 2 faces with the tree above them. That integrates as one image without without any noticeable Selection of one over the other. I interpret both together and at the same time.
Fell like I hit 70/30. And it’s spot on. There were two where I was seeing both honestly and just couldn’t hone in on one or the other. The man sax lady face was one that I did that with. Also getting towards the end so I was looking deeper into the pictures.

I know I probably won't get an answer at this late date but, what does it mean when you run your eyes across the picture And depending on where you come from you see 1st one then multiple images overlaying each other.
Sometimes 2 overlapping images at the same time together. Like the tree with the 2 faces over the 2 faces with the tree above them. That integrates as one image without without any noticeable Selection of one over the other. I interpret both together and at the same time.
