    Today, Here is Le sserafim Chaewon inspired
    a flat belly workout routine.
    I recommend that you repeat it 3 times a day
    and do it 2-3 times a week consistently!

    It's ramadan and im doing this after souhour with other workouts/streches like height stretches, kazuha stretches and an inner thigh gap workout so ill tell you how it feels 💕
    ★Day 1 - i do it after the stretches so it feels good but the toe toch, side crunches and the 8th exercise were a little hard to do but i still did them (I feel antifragile 😭)
    ★Day 2 - i just finished stretching and doing this workout and as alway the toe touch is killing me 😭
    ★Day 3 - i didn't do it in the morning like i did the two days ago but so i skipped the streches and today i feel better like the toe touch (my biggest enemy) wasn't that hard today 😭
    ★Day 4 - someone was so unmotivated to do anything 🙂✌🏻💔
    ★Day 5 -sorry I forgot to update 😅
    I feel better than the other days but I skipped some exercises like deadlift and plank with side steps
    ★Day 6 - I feel good but I'm not seeing any progress I think I'll do it with kazuha's workout
    ★ somethings happened so i needed to take a little long break but im back now ill restart it with other workouts ofc★
    ★ Day 1 - i skipped the stretches in the end but the rest is okay it wasnt hard
    ★ Day 2 - I have some pain in my abs because of Zuha's workout so it wasn't so easy actually
    ★ Day 3 - I feel better than the other days it's easier to do but still struggling with TOE TOUCHES 😭

    Hi bomfit.. lately my knees have been paining i dont know is it because of extreme dance practice or i dont really sit in a day that much so can you make a knees exercise video next pls to remove pain? Also thanks for the hight grwoth exercise they have been helpful❤

    Muito obrigada, seu exercício foi ótimo! Mas eu acho que, principalmente nos exercícios de abdômen, você deveria dar um tempo maior para descanso, tipo, uma 10 segundos. Mas tirando isso, os exercícios foram ótimos, principalmente pq foram mais longos

      Idk maybe you're just doing the wrong exercise or doing the exercises in wrong way maybe

      It could be either because you are doing the exercises incorrectly or because you are not doing them often enough during the week or because you are not eating a healthy enough it can be for lots of reasons! you can ask a nutritionist for help, it can help you without going on a dangerous diet or anything :)
