- Instead of gathering at a studio, we jammed at each of our places. Why don’t we call ourselves Project SDG? (Social Distancing Guitar)
Jack Thammarat, who is a virtuoso musician from Thailand. Admiring his musicianship, I’ve taken Skype lesson from him 5 years back. Soon after then we met each other at his gig in Taiwan and became good friends. And finally we’re jamming together here. What an honor and grateful moment for me to play next to my guitar mentor!

Jane is the most proclaimed funk guitarist in Korea. I respect Jane as he is such a versatile player as he covers the wide array of music from acoustic to metal shredding. We played together at a concert in Seoul, 2018 and recently Jane kindly invited me to join Yamaha Music Artist roster. Again, big honor!

Great playing all round but come on, the opening of Jane's solo (2m 37 - 2m 41) was "game over". Such melody, funk and swing - reminiscent of Nuno Bettencourt in his pomp. So tuneful whilst simultaneously creating 'hot space' for the groove that just makes you want to shake your arse on the dancefloor.

Is it just me or why do I hear the bass cutting through despite the 3 guitars?
You caught it in valid way. We intentionally requested the mix engineer as the bass to be cutting through.
@@Funtw0 The bass and drums were wickedly tight. The guitars were amazing but somehow sounded more like individuals waiting for their solo than playing together to create one sound.
@@sleepyheadz Very impressive. Bass and drums were tracked at a same recording studio on a same day with my producing while 3 guitars were tracked in each player's studio without any supervision. Probably it led sonically discrepancy but we're taking it as a valid diversity in this 'social distancing era.' 😀

Here in Hamilton we have a place called Nirvana lounge which has open mic nights and is the exact kind of place to start playing as an artist or band, surely they have something like that in most cities? Start somewhere, and the fans will flock 😅
