We're very much aware 12 volts can not cause serious harm, but it is still not a pleasant feeling we would consciously want to experience. We are also aware of what the intended switches are for, but due to being a third party accessory, the control's wiring does not perfectly match with our other components. It can be an isolated incident with that specific control, or a common a incident for our combination of parts. Out of the box, plug and play, that was how everything worked.

All of your higher quality motorcycle engines use gear oil in the lower unit. It does not draw oil up into to the combustion chamber as a four stroke does, and it rarely needs to be changed.
Completely agree. This is always recommended for builds, we unfortunately are not able to do so since we are constantly switching out different components for our videos. Fortunately, we do not run any of our bikes for very long without regular maintenance and checks.

Nice engine. But I want a manual clutch to be street legal. As a centrifugal clutch in the state I live in could be considered an "automatic transmission" by dumb robots that enforce even dumber rules.
The fuel filter is on the wrong(upside down), Handle bars are the oddest shape I've ever seen, And you don't tighten the spark plug as tight as you can lol... You tried but everything you did here seems like a bad IKEA instruction guide.
1) Needle nose pliers are not for holding nuts for tightening. 2) Those gloves will not protect you from electrical contact. This requires proper voltage insulating gloves. 3) Running the ground wire, as you have shown in the video, leaves it prone to chaffing on the positive terminal nut. This can cause the ground wire to short to the positive terminal. The ground wire should be run out of the right side of the cover, and over the top. 4) Since the bike could be exposed to moisture, use dielectric grease on all electrical connections. 5) For the love of god, you DO NOT tighten a spark plug down "as tight as you can". You can find torque specs online for any spark plug, but in general, tighten only until the washer seats, then an additional 1/4 to 1/2 turn. 6) Adjustable wrenches is not the proper tool for tightening exhaust nuts. Adjustable are for idiots to hammer nails with. Use a socket & torque wrench to tighten the nuts evenly, and to the correct torque. 7) Adjustable pliers are not for tightening nuts. Adjustable pliers are for pulling nails out of boards, that were hammered into the board by an idiot with an adjustable wrench. Use a ratchet & socket. 8) Dammit man, use a socket on the oil drain plug. 9) Did you seriously use a cut off soda bottle for a funnel??? 10) Why are the handle bars oriented correctly while the bike is in the shop, but in the outdoor scene, they are installed upside down???????? 11) The big red KILL SWITCH does not work because you connected the wires for it to the light switch. If you are going to post a "how to" video, start with the proper tools for the job. And don't post information that is incorrect. and unsafe. Sorry, but I've got to give this one a thumbs down.
I just bought this kit from bike berry and I'm in the middle of the install. So good so far...it looks like a good product. I not sure who does these videos but please buy some tools!! I have not tightened a bolt and a nut with an adjustable wrench and a pair of pliers since I was 8 years old.
Pretty slick, but why have a battery. I have a chainsaw with a bigger engine and higher compression than this, and pull starting it isn't all that difficult with the compression release.
Don't waste your money on this sorry system. It has NO power with the extra weight on the engine. If you like to peddle alot then it's for you. But if you're like me I want power to go not have to peddle. Only thin good I have to say about it is it goes fast enough going downhill but on level or hill you peddle!
Get rid of that heavy battery, I wired a 14.4 volt lipo battery to my BT motor and it cranks fast and has been in my bike 6 months with no charge and weights less than 8 oz.
What a goof ball.Didnt even show the roght way of installing the clip on the masterlink. The exhaust is right infront of the battery. The heat is gona ruin the battery. The side switch is for lights and the red button is for kill.
My electrical box has two blue and white wires that have two female ends so I can not connect them. also, it does not have a green grounding wire. I am also having issues with mounting the crank and pedal assemblies, the parts are too small.
Will you ever put a manual clutch on these engines? Love to have the the electric start feature but feels more like a motorcycle with a manual clutch with electric start
Few questions: 1. Is the oil poured in the engine side mix with gas? 2. Is there and gas-oil mixing that I have to do before pouring fuel in the tank? 3. Are the batteries rechargeable with a car battery charger 4. Break in period length?
With modern ebikes as an option I don't understand why anyone would prefer one of these to use as transportation. If you got it to have fun with you'd lose your shit if you ever rode a cheap motorcycle.
What do you mean that battery is highly dangerous? IT is only 12 volts DC. You can hold on to the leads of a car battery whilst cranking it and you won't feel a thing.
You're using all the wrong tools! You should never use a crescent wrench or pliers to tighten down nuts, maybe to tighten down your nuts, but not the nuts in Automotive! Lmao

You can find torque specs online for any spark plug, but in general, tighten only until the washer seats, then an
additional 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
I have not tightened a bolt and a nut with an adjustable wrench and a pair of pliers since I was 8 years old.
lmao did he say bearing wrong every time to where they had to voice it over?
Is that what you got out of this video. Sad. If that's the worst thing he did, I wouldn't have wasted my time leaving a message.
Sir good work. Sir howmuch the engine. And howmany cc. Thanks
What a goof ball.Didnt even show the roght way of installing the clip on the masterlink. The exhaust is right infront of the battery. The heat is gona ruin the battery. The side switch is for lights and the red button is for kill.
I never used the ugly black box. I installed all the parts onto the bike
Few questions:
1. Is the oil poured in the engine side mix with gas?
2. Is there and gas-oil mixing that I have to do before pouring fuel in the tank?
3. Are the batteries rechargeable with a car battery charger
4. Break in period length?
UA-cam Commenter straight motor oil to the side and a fuel mix to the tank.
And it should keep itself charged just like your car.
With modern ebikes as an option I don't understand why anyone would prefer one of these to use as transportation. If you got it to have fun with you'd lose your shit if you ever rode a cheap motorcycle.
LOL.....If your to lazy to pedal then don't ride any bike because even with this silly electric start, pedaling will still be required.....comical
all this extra wiring and entire battery thats half the size of the engine just for an electric start? That's so stupid. I guess if they sell...
different strokes for different folks.
What do you mean that battery is highly dangerous? IT is only 12 volts DC. You can hold on to the leads of a car battery whilst cranking it and you won't feel a thing.
Definitely not fatal, but it is uncomfortable.
Why would you ever put the handle bars on up side down? Looks do out of line and really not comfortable to me. And use the right tools for each job.
You're using all the wrong tools! You should never use a crescent wrench or pliers to tighten down nuts, maybe to tighten down your nuts, but not the nuts in Automotive! Lmao
So the thing full of sulfuric acid is positioned at the point of lowest ground clearance, under the rider, between the two most active limbs.
Add, put the washers and nuts on at the same time! Add, put spacers in between the hub and sprocket to get perfect alignment.😊
anyone tried mounting a regular cylinder this this motor?
Your battery that close to the ground ? No way. And this this is not legal.
Maybe not where you are from, but this is legal in many states and cities.
This guy apparently has little mechanic skills, wouldn’t let him work on my lawnmower.
