It's easy to build one from scratch like you did if you have the know how and tools at your disposal but for the rest of the world, it's easier to buy a build and slap it on a bicycle frame
Easy? The "know how" is always the "easy" part for those who have no idea what effort/time/training/experimenting/failures/research/study etc etc it took to develop the "know how." EZ - lol
Good idea 💡 .. they make it look so easy..if I had your talent I 'd make as many as I could and sell them .. their are many that need simple transportation
I remember as a kid, there was a magazine with ads for gas powered engines you could install on your bike. This is so cool. But, I'm now too old to be cool. Lol
True that .....but did you catch how it was motorized? I saw the two batteries but what was making it go. It looked verry cool and sounded like it was burning out.lmk. What do u think was used as the engine?🤔
Dude I absolutely love it love it love it! I've been riding motorized bikes for 15 years now, switched up to some high-tech ebikes now, but what I just saw on the first 10 seconds of your video was pure gold! You rock dude
I like the first bike with the orange tires. It would be great if the guy sold the parts or a diy kit etc. I would rather the gas engine over an Ebike any day.❤❤
I have a full suspension mountain bike with a Poulan/Husqvarna chainsaw engine mounted mid frame. It used to use the rear derailleur, definitely not recommended, but it works pretty well. Gonna do some more mods later, it already has a headlight, taillight and turn signals. I'm going to change the gear ratio, love your build here.
Interesting. But if you're gonna attach a sprocket straight to the spoke intersections, expect problems sooner or later. Spokes can break from seemingly no good reason already on a proper build. Attaching a bolted on sprocket to the intersection crossovers is only gonna cause undue stresses on the spokes and also spoke rubbing wear and tear, those aren't flush surfaces. Also, don't assume anything about the bolt pattern, different rims have different spoke counts, one such spoke count is 28, which doesn't divide by 6 or 9, it divides by 7. People, if you're gonna modify your bicycles, don't make any assumptions about videos such as this one, do all your own measurements CAREFULLY. Measure 3 times and cut once is what most experienced builders will tell ya, for good reason. Edit: Also make sure you don't have the exhaust coming right onto your tires. Not saying this happened in the original video, just saying it's another thing you should look out for if trying similar modifications yourself. I feel there should have been more safety and common sense engineering information posted along with this video.
Aye, this is the part that actually has me worried. There must be better options than this one floating around. Spokes are the most critical part of the bicycle, stressing them under the full power of a motor doesn't sound like a clever idea.
Yes, he did indeed do an awesome build, didn't he! 👍👍 I don't know if you've ever seen the kits you can buy, but many of them sandwich a sprocket and a couple pieces of rubber on the spokes and they do seem to work. 🤔
Its better if the motor is mounted on a rear rack above the wheel so the bike is balanced. It also makes removing and putting the motor off and on easier.

How fast will it go

Yes, i think the last one is most impressive. It's simple and cool.
Nah only if you are American
The last one with the drill batteries is a work of art and convenient.
On God 🎉
how did u make it im intrested in making one
@@relaxingambientsounds7327 theres a literal video.
Nice ideas, I have built 2 ebikes with treadmill motors (belt drive) and they work great for the price. Its addictive salvaging junk for a DIY build!
What do you do to power the treadmill motors? I'm super interested!
@breezetix Baghdad batteries.
Any videos?
Good luck with the dogs on the second bike.
😂
Cool! He even painted it Husqvarna Orange. My favorite
Where to buy that engine bro???
The power of imagination. And you dont need a shop to do this either. I like all the bikes he made. Excellent job.😊
Extremely impressive

Like cutting down a tree and showing how to make our own matches from scratch dumb

EZ - lol
Easy to build kits for someone without the know how and... make bank.
Or you can go to your local welder?
@@NIghtstopShop-o5z if you are rich and want to pay a welder which at the time I type this makes an average of $22.29 an hour
I remember adding engines to everything growing up 😁, although we ordered a clutch instead of welding one on.
I smiled because I'm fascinated
I love videos where people do things the hard way !!
