I was a sophomore at Newark (Ca.) High School in 1970. It was 12 yrs. ago when I found these lovely ladies living up here in Willits, Ca. still wearing tie-dye ..more elegantly than ever.

Great movement from a lot of the dancers, but most of them look like they need cheering up. Wonderful record for dancing to, with a title that says a lot, "Let's Work Together."
TOTP was always notorious for having miserable down-trodden looking audiences, especially the girls, who were constantly herded about like sheep from one part of the studio to another and instructed to dance. To me and my friends as teenage girls at the time, most of the dancers in the audience, even if pretty, appeared slightly zombiefied, while the professional dancers seemed unnaturally animated and sexualised.
