@@Theoneandonlyjeremyrenner all that matters is that jedi survivor and jedi fallen order are at number 1 and 2 these games are perfectly made and hard to make better
imo ranking lego star wars tfa above battlefront 2 for micro transactions that aren't a part of the game anymore is kinda dumb, also skywalker saga is a complete disappointment i couldn't get through anything past the prequel levels and even those just changed parts of the story in ways that make the level less enjoyable, especially episode 3 where the grievous fight and the anakin fight just were boring. fallen order and survivor definitely deserve places 1 and 2 on this list no matter where you put either but honestly man ur kinda wild for putting skywalker saga above 4th place.
I don't think LEGO Star Wars the Force Awakens is better than the two Battlefront games. Don't get me wrong, the launch for both were hot garbage, but I think Battlefront 2 is miles better than LEGO TFA
@good_film_hunting nothing wtf are you smoking, game isn't funny. Voice acting sucks, it's boring, collectibles aren't even fun to collect. They should've just remastered the complete saga idk why they made this dog shit game and sold it full price
Battlefront 2 while having a terrible launch, had an amazing comeback. To put Lego TFA above it is crazy when that game was so buggy and short. It was very clearly running on fumes from the dev phase since it was based on only one movie.
It`s been 6 years since the microtransaction debacle in Battlefront 2, it has literally zero impact on the game presently and hasn`t for years. I liked Skywalker Saga for it`s presentation and humor but I HATE its gameplay. Ever since they switched the combat in Force Awakens I haven`t enjoyed the modern lego games. Strategic third person combat doesn`t work in a game like this imo. Not to mention that the devs seemed to have completely forgot at least in episodes 1-2 that they`re making a video game and make you play through the most uninteresting parts of those films with the vast majority being boring as hell TRAILING MISSIONS!! I stopped playing after the first lvl in Empire because it was getting so unenjoyable, just busy work instead of actually engaging in the story. (Episode III was the only one I actually enjoyed) Jedi Survivor has been such a breath of fresh air and gave me everything I was looking for in a sequel to Fallen Order and more! Honestly, I think Survivor is the best Star Wars game of the decade
I think the reason why the levels and areas chosen in Skywalker Saga were so odd and silly in places was because they didn't want to retread TCS but in doing so they just come out looking worse in a lot of aspects.
Fallen order just felt like a star war's version of Tomb Raider or anything else in that genre. I put about 10h into and once all the wall running started along with all the BS puzzle stuff I got board. Take out the wall running and puzzle elements it would be an OK game.
I think you shouldn’t have skipped over the fact that Dice resurrected Battlefront 2 in the final 2 years of the game’s life. Great content came and the micro transactions were long gone, the game still holds up today, a great game that never should’ve been killed.
Jedi Survivor is #1 by a longshot, Skywalker Saga was disappointing, they picked the worst moments to make levels around and most of them were hella short
Ive put more than 1000 hours into it and theres still so many bugs they didnt fix. Maps like kashyyk are unplayable with certain heroes too because of the shitty terrain smh
I’m sorry but this ranking is based in old, outdated opinions. We all agree that the launch was shit, but you shouldn’t judge the game off launch. You should judge it as the game that everyone can play in its current form. Dice definitely redeemed the game and turned it into one of the best Star Wars games. My personal ranking would be 7 LEGO TFA 6 Squadrons 5 Battlefront 4 Skywalker Saga 3 Jedi survivor 2 Battlefront ll 1 Jedi fallen order.
I really don't like the lego skywalker saga that much. it had everything a lego game needed but the engagement. it has good visuals and humour, but the level design and open world design I just found bland. I couldn't play it without getting bored in more than an hour, but with lego star wars III: the clone wars, I can still have loads of fun whenever i go back to it.
For me, the ranking is: 1. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor 2. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 3. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga 4. Star Wars Battlefront II 5. LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens 6. Star Wars Battlefront 7. Star Wars: Squadrons
You should review games by their current state, not by the state they were when you played them. Currently battlefront II has no microtransactions, game is usually 10€ and there is tons of cooperative modes and the multiplayer is bombing, especially with may the 4th online event.
Everyone knows how bad BF2 was 5/6 years ago, but sadly I’m a firm believer that this game has redeemed itself. If it was really that bad then people would have dropped it like we all dropped their first attempt at battlefront
I love fast paced awesome quick action in games so I love playing Battlefront 2. I played it since it first released and love where it finally ended up despite the wasted potential and the problems it used to have. The multiplayer modes like HvV, Co-op, Extraction, Strike, Galactic Assault, Capital Supremacy etc are all great! So it's gotta be my all-time favourite
EA Battlefront 1 is the best modern star wars game. This is a really thoughtful and well made game with a lot of content from the best era of the original trilogy. The game offers a large selection of blasters, cards and their combinations, such as blaster + explosive shot. Many great and nice maps, brilliant music and nice and clear menu. Brilliant modes like payload, drop zone, and heroes and villains. The heroes themselves were something and the best thing about them was the mechanics of smooth projectile reflection. This is the number one game for me and you can see from it how gigantic the amount of content from just one star wars period was, if you think about it and look at battlefront 2 and in fact there is very little content, few blasters, very few cards not to mention the complete lack of cards like explosive shot, etc. The soldier classes also spoiled the infantry and playing Battlefront 2 gives the impression that there is both a lot and very little content in this game. No weapons, cards or skins for rebels and stormtroopers. The only advantage of battlefront 2 are heroes, abilities and lightsaber combat as well as hvv and hero showdown modes. It is also worth adding that Battlefront is a very casual game and everyone could have a great time playing it.
Skywalker Saga was a complete disappointment imo. So many key moments were skipped. Levels were really short a lot of the time. So many bosses had the exact same moves. So many playable characters that didn't need to be there. Lots of the open world tasks were incredibly repetitive. It all felt so rushed. Complete Saga still beats it. Putting that above Battlefront 2, and both Jedi games is crazy talk.
My Ranking: 7. Lego Force Awakens: Not bad, but I loved the complete saga as a kid and the gameplay shift in these new Lego games to third-person combat over puzzles and good level design just is not for me 6. The Skywalker Saga: love the vision and ambition, but suffers the same problems as FA. They went for quantity over quality with big worlds and lots of levels without anything super interesting or varied to do. Good on one play through, but I never felt like playing more 5. Squadrons: Fun, tight, solid experience. No real complaints just not as fun to revisit, flying games aren’t as fun as other Star Wars games for me 4. Jedi Fallen Order: Really good game, just not too much too do after the story is over since there’s no fast travel and the levels are to linear to want to revisit. Still a good game, just not particularly replayable for me 3. Jedi Survivor: Probably too early to place, this could easily go up in the future. This improves on Fallen Order in every way. More fluid combat, a better story, better exploration and replayability. Sadly EA had to push it out early and the framerate is god-awful even on console. Maybe with better performance this would be higher, but it’s still great 2. Battlefront 2: Most disappointed I’ve ever been with a game at launch. I was so hyped, only for the horrible campaign and atrocious progression system to ruin my fun. I returned it and got it again over a year later after it had a comeback. I’ve played the heck out of it since and it’s probably the definitive multiplayer Star Wars experience now 1. Battlefront: probably not as good as BF2, but unlike BF2 I loved this at launch and still come back to it today. Despite its lack of content, I like it’s gunplay, map design, and modes more than BF2. Walker Assault is just way better than Galactic Assault. BF2 is objectively more fleshed out and expansive today, but I just like the core of this game a bit more. I also have more nostalgia for it so that’s probably why it’s higher
I feel like putting Battlefront 2 that low based on problems that were fixed four years ago is unfair and I certainly feel like it should be above Squadrons. Also Survivor and Fallen Order belong at the top not Skywalker saga.
My favorites were Tie Fighter , Battlefront 1 and 2 from the early 2000s , and Republic Commando . If I have to pick one of the recent games , I go with Squadron on VR .
I haven’t got to play Jedi survivor, but out of the games I have played, I didn’t think the Skywalker Saga was bad! I do think that fallen order is a good game as well as battlefront 2!
My Top 10: 1. KOTOR 2 2. KOTOR 1 3. Jedi Fallen Order 4. OG Battlefront 2 5. Jedi Academy 6. Lego: The Complete Saga 7. Republic Commandos 8. Dice's Battlefront 2 9. Empire At War 10. Jedi Outcast
I’m gonna be honest here, battlefront 2 in its current state is a top 2-3 to me. Judging it based on its release isn’t fair considering it’s nothing like that anymore as there’s not even an option for micro transactions or anything to buy besides cosmetics with in game currency. The story in the single player is shit sure, but even the original battlefront 2’s story wasn’t exactly mind blowing. If you’re playing battlefront you’re there for these massive battles with your favorite heroes and villains running around causing chaos and this game honestly delivers on that more than even the original games do. I still play it fairly frequently and have had no issues with getting into games or anything like that on Xbox or PS with the exception of a few niche game modes like Hero Showdown and I’d assume a lot of the star fighter modes Like yes it had a historically bad reputation for EA’s money grubbing at launch, but it’s grown into one of the best Star Wars games ever made
i got a glitch on lego skywalker saga during the Endor speeder chase mission it just wouldn’t end kept looping through the same trees and paths, turned it off and haven’t played since.. this was when i got it a bit after launch about a year ago😭 i’ll probably finish it now considering jedi survivor was phenomenal and its only 2 in this list
I think battlefront 1 is less of an online experience then its fun if you have friends irl to play walker assault offline I may be a little bias cause this game was me and my friends life for like a month thou
Skywalker saga was an awful game and I’m tired of everyone saying it was good. It is the most boring game I’ve ever played. It has no fun or difficulty it may look good but that’s it. It’s such an awful game
All could make for pretty decent No.1 picks, even the force awakens in my opinion, as someone that considers themselves one of the few people to really like Lego the force awakens
Great video and great reviews but like many other people I’m a big fan of the older games you should the old battlefronts they’re still poopin on pc and the story is great, kotors are great rpgs that are really expansive and then you got games like jango fett and republic commando that always hit, which have all been re released at some point. Also a bigger fan of the older Lego Star Wars. Also forgot to mention my favorites gotta be force unleashed 1 which needs a 3rd game
Unexpectedly, couldn't disagree more. My Ranking: 7. Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens (Paid full price to get a single movie, anemic jokes, missing some of the lovable Lego Humor, and the new gimmicks like choosing between what to build all fell flat) 6. Star Wars Squadrons (I fully expected this game to be amazing, I paid $7 for the game on sale and still felt ripped off, slow paced, forced storyline, and gameplay was too complicated for how split-second some maneuvers need to be. Never even finished the campaign.) 5. Star Wars Battlefront 2 (Campaign was very fun and super immersive, as mentioned in this video, micro transactions made multiplayer hair-pulling-ly impossible for the first good while as everybody online was paying to win. This game is honestly more fun to play now than it was at launch, especially with friends.) 4. Star Wars Battlefront (I LOVED this game, being the first modern game, it brought me right back to my old days of playing the 2004 and 2005 battlefronts. This game honestly felt like how I *thought* the old games felt at the time. I've always loved the more soldier-based end of Star Wars, and this game gave me exactly what i wanted, rebels fighting stormtroopes, and Stormtroopers fighting rebels. Directly opposite to what was said in the video, I still love playing this game to this day, literally, played it today.) 3. Lego Star Wars the Skywalker Saga (The obvious points, a fun take on all the movies up until this point, brought me back to the old Lego days, features that great Lego humor I know and love, and feels like a great recovery from the disappointment of the Force Awakens Lego game) 2. Jedi: Fallen Order (Agree with many of the points in the video. Loved the combat, made me feel like a Jedi finding myself, loved the story, *especially* loved the Order 66 experience, felt like the first thing to truly give us the POV of a jedi during Order 66. Does *not* lose a point for platforming, felt like it would be a strongsuit for Cal as a former scrapper. *Does* lose a point for the puzzles, I found it very hard to care about the ancient civilizations and rebuilding the Jedi Order while having to push around giant balls onto switches and slowing down random uselessly spinning platforms to run across.) 1. Jedi: Survivor (Fallen Order, but bigger and better. Takes all the Pros of its predecessor and just imoroves on it. Haven't finished the game yet and I've enjoyed every minute. The obvious Con is the performance issues, but at least it can be updated and improved, the same can't be said for the slowness of squadrons or the micro transactions of Battlefront 2. To be fair, I also played Fallen Order on Xbox One, which was locked at 30FPS for the whole game, so lower frame rates in Jedi Survivor haven't felt all that unfamiliar for me.) Cement.
Fortunately I had no issues on PC with RTX 2070, i7 7700. I think I had only one glitch that disappeared after few days (maybe pathed?) But I heard that game has problems with newer GPU/CPUs
Do you know what, I respect this video because at least these are very clearly your own views lol, but I disagree with the list. In my mind, there's no way that Lego TFA is better than Battlefront 2 (can see why you'd like it more than Battlefront 1), and there's no way that Skywalker Saga is better than either Jedi games. Buuuut I didn't like Skywalker Saga that much so that might not mean much. Also, it's a shame you didn't mention Vader Immortal! I know it's VR but it's actually one of my favourite Star Wars gaming experiences ever, both the campaign (although admittedly short) and the training dojo.
Lego Star Wars force awakens is definitely not better than the battlefront games I don’t know anyone that has liked that game compared to all the Star Wars game
I'm sorry but having Battlefront 2 second to last over the micro-transactions, that were taken out almost 6 years ago and the game made an incredible comeback? I think you're just stuck in 2017
I just wish I could play the big modes on battlefront 2 with bots.. it's a gorgeous game! But I'm just not good at shooters... so it's not enjoyable for me. I'm playing games since 1984, but I'm just not skilled enough at competitive games..
is it just me or does no one understand that games are not always 100% working in frame rate or release they just releasted and were no patch notes yet
man i know episode 9 sucks, but episode 7 is pretty good, and despite its flwas episode 8 it´s realy good. Don´t know why every one talks badly about the sequels like the only episode they had was episode 9
For me I believe the skywalker saga to be one of the worst Star Wars games and Lego games ever, even though the scale is impressive it is an empty game most main story missions are literally walk down that corridor. There are some points at which it is a bit fun but as someone who got it at launch I was extremely disappointed and got so bored it took me half a year to finish the whole game. Star Wars jedi survivor and jedi fallen order are top for me.
Battlefront 2 had more variety, reaching into sequel and clone wars content, but it really dropped the ball with OG Trilogy content. Thankfully, the first game made up for it.
I’m so glad someone else agrees with my opinion on the battlefront games lol. I care about narrative over everything in Star Wars so the fact that Battlefront 1 had no campaign automatically made it last on my list and Battlefront 2’s campaign felt very uninspired. I never played Lego Force Awakens or Squadrons so I can’t speak on the specific positioning compared to them but I completely agree compared to the rest of the list.
Battlefront games are first and foremost about the gameplay. Not the narrative. There’s nothing wrong with preferring story over gameplay, and yes the campaign in 2 isn’t the best, but to say battlefront 2 isn’t good because it’s not what you wanted out of it is silly.
You telling me you put a logo star wars game over jedi fallen order and jedi survivor. Throw away this list, star wars jedi series is the only good thing going on for star wars right now, everything else sucks. I don't care how they release it, its better than any modern star wars game and especially movies.

I still play it fairly frequently and have had no issues with getting into games or anything like that on Xbox or PS with the exception of a few niche game modes like Hero Showdown and I’d assume a lot of the star fighter modes
Like yes it had a historically bad reputation for EA’s money grubbing at launch, but it’s grown into one of the best Star Wars games ever made
i got a glitch on lego skywalker saga during the Endor speeder chase mission it just wouldn’t end kept looping through the same trees and paths, turned it off and haven’t played since.. this was when i got it a bit after launch about a year ago😭 i’ll probably finish it now considering jedi survivor was phenomenal and its only 2 in this list
I think battlefront 1 is less of an online experience then its fun if you have friends irl to play walker assault offline I may be a little bias cause this game was me and my friends life for like a month thou
I absolutely love both of the Jedi games. I just wish Jedi Survivor wasn’t 135+ GBs on Xbox…
Skywalker saga was an awful game and I’m tired of everyone saying it was good. It is the most boring game I’ve ever played. It has no fun or difficulty it may look good but that’s it. It’s such an awful game
Man I loved Squadrons. It was so much fun
The story was pretty good as well
My Ranking:
1. Battlefront 2
2. Jedi Survivour
3. Jedi Fallen Order
4. Lego Skywalker Saga
5. Battlefront
6. Lego Force Awakens
7. Squadrons
I’m still butt hurt that Skywalker Saga doesn’t have character customization
All could make for pretty decent No.1 picks, even the force awakens in my opinion, as someone that considers themselves one of the few people to really like Lego the force awakens
“Cursed forever from its micro transactions.” Lol no it’s not
Star wars rouge squadron in vr is great
This is the worst list I have ever seen... No way squadrons or both lego games are better than bf1 and bf2
Battlefront 2 is one of my favourite games of all time
Great video and great reviews but like many other people I’m a big fan of the older games you should the old battlefronts they’re still poopin on pc and the story is great, kotors are great rpgs that are really expansive and then you got games like jango fett and republic commando that always hit, which have all been re released at some point. Also a bigger fan of the older Lego Star Wars. Also forgot to mention my favorites gotta be force unleashed 1 which needs a 3rd game
Jedi out cast, jedi academy exist
Unexpectedly, couldn't disagree more. My Ranking:
7. Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens (Paid full price to get a single movie, anemic jokes, missing some of the lovable Lego Humor, and the new gimmicks like choosing between what to build all fell flat)
6. Star Wars Squadrons (I fully expected this game to be amazing, I paid $7 for the game on sale and still felt ripped off, slow paced, forced storyline, and gameplay was too complicated for how split-second some maneuvers need to be. Never even finished the campaign.)
5. Star Wars Battlefront 2 (Campaign was very fun and super immersive, as mentioned in this video, micro transactions made multiplayer hair-pulling-ly impossible for the first good while as everybody online was paying to win. This game is honestly more fun to play now than it was at launch, especially with friends.)
4. Directly opposite to what was said in the video, I still love playing this game to this day, literally, played it today.)
3. Lego Star Wars the Skywalker Saga (The obvious points, a fun take on all the movies up until this point, brought me back to the old Lego days, features that great Lego humor I know and love, and feels like a great recovery from the disappointment of the Force Awakens Lego game)
2. *Does* lose a point for the puzzles, I found it very hard to care about the ancient civilizations and rebuilding the Jedi Order while having to push around giant balls onto switches and slowing down random uselessly spinning platforms to run across.)
1. To be fair, I also played Fallen Order on Xbox One, which was locked at 30FPS for the whole game, so lower frame rates in Jedi Survivor haven't felt all that unfamiliar for me.)
Cement.
As soon as I saw you put Battlefront 2015 below Squadrons I disliked and stoped watching lol.
I disliked when i saw he had the fuckin Lego game above Fallen Order and Survivor, which are legit two of the best games ever made
@@NobleVagabond2552survivor was mid and have u ever played the Lego Star Wars games jokes aside Lego games are absolute masterpieces
Thank you for saving my time
7. Lego The force awakens
6. Sqadrones
5. Lego the Skywalker saga
4. Battlefront
3 jedi fallen order
2. Battlefront 2
1. Jedi survivor
Fortunately I had no issues on PC with RTX 2070, i7 7700. I think I had only one glitch that disappeared after few days (maybe pathed?)
But I heard that game has problems with newer GPU/CPUs
I love star wars Jedi fallen order
Battle Front II is amazing...
my fav star wars game is a tie between KOTOR Battlefront 2 2005 and the complete saga

This is a terrible ranking, please don't rank star wars games again. Major L.
is it just me or does no one understand that games are not always 100% working in frame rate or release they just releasted and were no patch notes yet
man i know episode 9 sucks, but episode 7 is pretty good, and despite its flwas episode 8 it´s realy good. Don´t know why every one talks badly about the sequels like the only episode they had was episode 9
The fact that Squadrons isn’t at the bottom of the list is just stupid. Who the hell wants to fly ships that bad. 😂
The game is actually really amazing in VR! With the added immersion, I think almost anyone is going to find a lot of enjoyment with Squadrons
Battlefront story mode, 200/100
Battlefront 2 has a campaign
Battlefront 2 had more variety, reaching into sequel and clone wars content, but it really dropped the ball with OG Trilogy content. Thankfully, the first game made up for it.
Hmm this will be good 👍.
This entire list has a terrible placement
cement?
Have you even played these games?
Star wars squadrons over battlefront 2 really.
You forget the moment when you figure out tha you can t cut or counter the tongue. 😅
I’m so glad someone else agrees with my opinion on the battlefront games lol. I care about narrative over everything in Star Wars so the fact that Battlefront 1 had no campaign automatically made it last on my list and Battlefront 2’s campaign felt very uninspired. I never played Lego Force Awakens or Squadrons so I can’t speak on the specific positioning compared to them but I completely agree compared to the rest of the list.
.....it's a battlefront game, it's not even supposed to have a campaign. It's a multiplayer game.
Battlefront games are first and foremost about the gameplay. Not the narrative. There’s nothing wrong with preferring story over gameplay, and yes the campaign in 2 isn’t the best, but to say battlefront 2 isn’t good because it’s not what you wanted out of it is silly.
You forgot the VR games
Lego over battlefront 2 and jedi 1&2?? Come on man!!!
Skywalker saga being anywhere near the top is a crime against humanity.
Cement !!!
7. Lego The force awakens
6. Sqadrones
5. Lego the Skywalker saga
4. Battlefront
3 jedi fallen order
2. Battlefront 2
1. Jedi survivor
None of these games compare to KOTOR sadly
The sequel trilogy is amazing
Wrong
Amazing as manure
BRO LEGO SKYWALKER SAGA IS MID COMPARED TO COMPLETE SAGA IDK WHAT UR SMOKING!!!!! it would have been way better if they added online co-op smh
You telling me you put a logo star wars game over jedi fallen order and jedi survivor. Throw away this list, star wars jedi series is the only good thing going on for star wars right now, everything else sucks. I don't care how they release it, its better than any modern star wars game and especially movies.

No I was
this list is nonce behaviour

"I loved Battlefield 3 and some of the older games"
...
Anything 2000 onwards is usually considered a modern game as opposed to a retro game.
Basically Knights of the old Republic is the best 😁
