When I competed in Powerlifting my warm-ups were 5 reps for the first few sets then go do to 3 reps. Only pumps I ever got were on my asst. exercises. Like shoulders, triceps. I only worked my biceps twice a month.
@@B.P.hiphop variety yes, quantity no. Maybe they didn't have the highest choice of compounds - they were still taking loads of gear the moment they had access. Veterinary hormones, testosterone/Dianabol prescriptions, etc
