When you describe the fig flavors can you please make comparisons of other fruits that they remind you of or whether they have a tropical scent or flavor or if they have a perfume like aroma to them? I haven't had too much success in growing and ripening Black Madeiras. I owned at least two but both have died for different reasons. Now have a Figo preto that I'm rooting and hoping for so hopefully that will take off and hopefully again, it'll taste as good as everyone says the Black Madeira tastes. What fruit could you say the black Madera taste like anyway? I'm so curious now.

FYI Hamari actually means red-ish
that's a lot of ripened figs...like them all. I have none of these varieties.
The tasting told us very little. Good, very good, etc.. is so vague. Berry? Honey? fruity? melon? Acidic? You really did not give us any specific taste of the figs. Not bad. Good? Sweet? Could describe any fig. Disappointed. Grass looks good.
Hey Ben could you sell me some cuttings or point me to a seller? I want to buy several hundred cuttings. I'm starting a 2500 sq ft greenhouse for figs only. I curent have grapes & berries. I grew them because they are the easiest. Now I would like to start growing figs as they are my all time favorite.

It's illegal to ship plants out of the United States... fruits, foods due to diseases, etc. You have to buy it from a plant store and see if they can ship it to you.

Chào anh Ben, có phải loại Black Madeira là loại ngon nhất ko anh? E đang tìm loại sung ngon để trồng bên việt nam.
Nhiều người Mỹ rất thích Black madeira, nhưng " ngon nhất" thì chưa chắc vì trong các loại sung có tới hơn 800 loại khác nhau. Nhiều fig growers không có xếp BM là loại " ngon nhất" vì mỗi người có khẩu vị khác nhau. Nhưng nhìn chung hầu hết BM được đánh giá cao, bán giá cũng mắc. Mỗi khúc nhánh để giâm cành cho ra rễ giá bán trung bìnhi khoảng 20 usd/ khúc nhánh khoảng 20cm. Chưa nói loại này khó ra rễ nên giâm cành 4-5 hom cũng chưa chắc ra rễ. Đó là giá trên Ebay mà có nhiều trường hợp người ta bán " fake madeira" như trong clip này đã bị rồi. Tức là bán nhánh để giâm cành giả danh là BM với giá cao nhưng khi trồng được thì lại ra loại sung khác chất lượng kém ,ăn không ngon. Tóm lại là lừa người khác, Phải mua từ người bán có uy tín giá cao mới có hy vọng mua được đúng loại
Black madeira không biết có thích hợp với khí hậu VN không vì ở VN mưa nhiều thì có khả năng làm cho sung không được ngọt. BM cũng không có tỷ lệ đậu trái cao và không có nhiều trái. Kênh này là kênh tiếng Anh. Chủ kênh không biết có phải người VN không, nhưng ngôn ngữ chủ yếu nói tiếng Anh, nếu em hỏi bằng tiếng Việt thì không phù hợp. Có khả năng họ sẽ không hiểu cho nên sẽ không trả lời câu hỏi.

@@lastactionhero8391 Are you sure there are only 2 ficus ( fig) varieties in India? There are over 800 varieties of figs. And only in SEA , there are many clustered ficus varieties already. In Asia, clustered ficus are the common varieties and the 2 most common ones are Ficus racemosa and Ficus obliqua don't have the leaf shapes like that. That leaf looks like from the hispida variety. which is also a clustered rounded fig. You can look it up and compare.

Seems like a lot of guys say they buy a type of fig and the end up getting something else but they dont name that source.they should say who they are so other people don't get scammed
Individuals sell plants on eBay and sometimes they're wrong. Sometimes the same variety is prettier and tastes better. that's why He ordered from different sources trying to find the best black Madera
Some sellers sell many varieties of figs on Ebay and they already stated that they haven't verified all their figs ( due to the huge amount of fig varieties?). So when they said that, you take a risk when you buy from them. I'm not sure if it's legal to make a claim like that, or not.
In general, I agree that scammers should be exposed. But that would raise a problem like is that right if someone can make an accusation publicly without confirmation? or whether they were willing to do that? Ben obviously wasn't in this clip.

Press the speaker icon to hear how it sounds of course the sound of H is different; there is no English sub for what this letter sounds in Arabic but you should get an idea of how it's pronounced and spelling. :-)

Guys it is correct. Hamari means Red. In Arabic, if you turn the noun to Adjective we add I or Y. Ahmar= Hamar=Hamari. and the 'A' is deleted as its a vowel.
