This is kind of project that convinces homeowners to just get a big pond!! After something like this the homeowner says these guy are the real deal! Awesome job and it's no wonder you are a aquascape artist of the year!!!!
What kind of water treatment do you use to keep the water from turning rancid. I built a feature in a gravel basin and it was gorgeous, but it started smelling terrible when the bacteria built up after about a week. Any Ideas would be great. I love your videos and your amazing work ethic along with the positive attitude is infectious.
Hey guys- love your channel! I have a job coming up with walkways and a patio very similar to these. I had a few questions about how you get your shapes right. 1) What material are you using in this video to mark you cut for the radials? 2)How do you know that your mark is right where you had it marked out on your subgrade? 3) how would you go about make more of an "s shaped" walk way, opposed to the one in part 2 of this series with a curve into a straight section? Thanks so much!
Hey Frank! We use a 1/2” flex pipe to help us get smooth curves marked out. The mark that I care about is the final one on the pavers. I am not too concerned about matching it exactly with the mark that had been in the subgrade. The subgrade marking usually has just a rough measurement.
What did you use to get thru that long boulder? For the bubbling rock? I know a masonry bit.. but.. could you please expand on that. Btw looks awesome sir!
I wish more people in my area wanted water gardens! That being said there's a dentist office having there waterfall rebuilt after removing it to build an addition and I went to take a look at what they had got done so far and compared to you and slot of the aquascapes guys this thing looked so unnatural and no characteristics whatsoever.... Lol
Team Tussey always knocking it out of the park!!
Thanks Tanner!

How did you attach the piece of edging to pump vault for the auto fill?
I noticed you put a lot of the Moss under the water and that die out and look bad?

3). Just mark it out with a paint can first on the subgrade and make sure you like the flow. Just trial and error until it looks good to you! 😁

A diesel powered air compressor to run a massive hammer drill
@@Tusseylandscaping 3 inch diameter?
Great job. How big of an area do you guys need for that water feature? how many aqua blocks do you use? Seems like that reservoir would never run dry.
It would fit in a 12'x12' area. I think we used 12 aquablocks
Nice job! Just wanted to know if the wood will not decompose quickly with the wather or would that only be a misconception I have?
Depends on the type of wood. Locust will last a long long time. Something like poplar, Maple, or Birch wouldn't last long
@@Tusseylandscaping thanks for your reply, that makes sense!
Realy love your water fall projects
Thank you for watching Catherine!! ☺️ Happy Easter! ✝️
@@Tusseylandscaping Thank you, for you too :)
What type of adhesive are you using to glue the moss on? You did not explained anything about your French pattern paving
Thank you
They just stick the moss onto the waterfall foam before it dries
Okay "Moss Man"..lol.. it's time to up sell a sweet pond near the fire pit as a back drop
yeeeaaaaa!! Now we're talking!

Beautiful stonework, but I was disappointed that there isn't a pond with fish.
Thanks David! Yeah.. I would always prefer building a pond... But I'll take any water feature I can get :)

Sad to hear :(
I prefer a real pond that is a home to fish and visiting frogs
