Hi Jim, yes the headroom in the saloon is 6 feet, the Bowman 26 is one of the few older, smaller designs with standing headroom. The Nicholson 26 is another but most sailboats 26 feet & under of the time would have sitting headroom only, Contessa 26 for example. All the best, David.
