Thank you for introducing me to the Tofu press. I hated cooking tofu because of all the mess of wet tissue papers and the wasted space on the counter with pans and spice jars as weights.
I would be sure to use firm or extra firm tofu for this recipe! Maybe add some seasoning to your cornstarch and cook for longer at a lower temperature. Hope it helps!

You can easily find it on the internet by searching that😊
Are you for real? You cook rice, you let it cool, you put it in a container of choice and put that in the freezer. It's not rocket science

Did you add some oil to it? I would coat it in a little oil or spray with cooking oil before air frying so it gets crispy
