    I'm going into the 3rd fasting day tomorrow ivd done 2 36 hour fasts .. is it normal to get headaches and dead legs?? Does it get harder?? I've stayed off carbs and sugar drinking loads of water .. I'm not hungry just feel bad ! ?

    Disappointing clickbait title. People who struggle with weight problems are bombarded with lies, scams and fake garbage all day long. If your super fix is the real deal just offer that!! I for one could use just a smidge of truth in marketing for a change! So sick and tired of all the bullshit, all the time, in everything and every place! We're saturated in bullshit!

      the answer is in the title ! START Fasting 1 day a week and see on that Fasting day your fat just melts !... refeed yourself next day with pure foods. = fruits, veggies, beans + start exercising daily 5-10 min and walking for a little bit 20-60 min etc... nothing magical or secret about it !
