You have changed my life, giiiiiirrrrrllll!
Let me tell you that I love phó so much that for years, I used to eat this every day, during my work lunch time. We’ve made this twice at home after watching different videos, but your video is the best in my opinion. I never thought that I’d like anything better than beef phó, but there are no words to describe how it makes us feel. Thank you!!!
Fantastic!!!! Thank you for your kind words!! And you’re welcome. I am glad you and your family are enjoying this recipe ❤️❤️
If you add a half pine apple in the broth, you'll get the Saigonese version.
Oh yes, I have tried that in the past too. Both are great!! 😁😋

I love her recipe. She teach us step by step and it’s in English. Thank you!
Awww thank you love!!! ❤️
You didn’t tell people what you used for seasoning
I like how clear you explain how to make this dish. I can't wait to make this! By the way, you have a really nice, sharp camera!!
Thank you!! Thank you!! ❤️
Hello ! :) Can you please make a Vietnam egg roll tutorial!
Yes! It’s on my list. Coming soon 😉
Great video thanks for sharing! But I really hoped that you use the actual seasonings rather than a package of the bun bo hue seasoning. If we don't have the seasoning package, what can you use? Thanks!
Is that GR in grams? 250 grams of sugar equals to 1 and 1/4 cup of sugar.
Aimee! I missed you and was thinking of you the other day. Glad to see you back with an amazing looking bun bo Hue recipe! Yummikins, indeed. I wish I was your next door neighbor so I can just stand outside your front door with an empty bowl and a pathetic "feed me" look in my eyes. Hahaha! BTW, I'm famous-adjacent now. My quote made it into the new Honeysuckle cookbook! :)
So sweet!! I would gladly share anytime. Oooh? How cool. What was the quote?
@@AimeesCooking The quote is on page 230 and it reads, "Thanks for sharing your family and life with us! And yes, fish sauce is the Vietnamese secret weapon for everything." -Doodah Gurl (when I tried to show this to my family, they were like, "But she didn't mention your name..." I was like, "Um, Doodah Gurl is me! That's my handle for when I anonymously troll the Internet!") Hahaha!
Too funny!! 😂

@@AimeesCooking Yes! Of course I will try to make it, Aimee!... As I said before, I love Vietnamese food! 😋😋😋😋

❤❤❤ love your recipe best thing is the English version ! I used to cook this authentic dish but can’t remember the last time I cooked it. It’s been a decade now, so I’m so grateful to come across this channel thanks for sharing this step-by-step recipe. Can’t wait to make this delicious soup this spring or summer. ❤😊😊

Oh, wanted to ask you if you've had or know of the pho sa te? Quang Tran featured it on his channel a while back and I was so intrigued. I hope you've had it and know how to make it so you can show us how in the near future. Would also like to see various versions of chao now that winter is coming. Stay healthy and happy, friend!
Adding your requests to my list 😉
your video is very informative, i like it so much. may i know your website? i need for my journal education. thank you so much
Thank you. I do not have a website.
I would like to try this in the instant pot, how would you convert it for IP? Also, how long would you cook the meat in IP?
cassava noodles is suppose to taste and texture better than rice noodles for bun bo hue but's rare and less common.
So about 40 cups water?
Yes, that should be close enough.
Correction: vermicelli noodles 🍝😇
What pork patty brand do you use?
It’s a local brand where I live 🙂
I read on a resturant menu that theres pig blood In this did you add it in this and do you necessarily have to?
I don’t prefer it. I did not add it in my recipe but you could if you would like to. 🙂
@@AimeesCooking your recipe looks really good. Im going to try to make it soon. Its slowly getting colder here in California
The weather is getting nice here in TX as well. Thanks for considering this recipe. Hope you like it. Enjoy. 😊
