Your kitchen is very clean and organised and hygienic unlike a lot of other restaurants, you are very hard working, I think you cooked just as better than others and your cookers are very clean and nice to watch
Bless thank you for the encouragement
@@LatifsInspired Well said Hajira, Also, Latif is sharing recipies we can create at home, sharing knowledge and some secerts, Im sure not all are shared lol... either way, he is promoting a magnificent cuisune, that you don't get with BIR, I try a lot of the traditional ones that are posted, and I have yet to disapprove of one.. I cant thank you enough.

It tastes so much nicer in an karahi

Indians don't eat beef so don't say Indian food or you will trigger them ...Biryani originates from Iran and popularized by Muslims over the world.
@@felicytatomaszewskano one cares what India eats and some do eat beef
Would've more healthier and tastier if butter/ghee/beef fat was used instead of vegetables oil.
Why are animal fats more healthy than vegetables fat do you think ?

I am making this today, it looks absolutely delicious. I follow your recipes. Thank you for sharing them with us.
Excellent 👌🏻 Eid Mubarak. Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone 🌻
Thank you love your messages.
Omg very dangerous food only cook it one a month because its too rich no good for the heart at all that's why people are so I'll too much strain on the NHS
8:06 Can we take a moment to acknowledge how full-on your chef hands need to be to put your mitts on some hot ass beef like that?
Charsi Karahi, is pashwari not Afghani ...

Them chips look banging 😋😍
First time wathching this channel. Your kitchen is very clean 👍 and all the uniforms are clean 👍, there's no shouting, nice and calm kitchen 👍 and the food looks amazing. The colour of that dish was surprising considering the simple ingredients. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this.
On the question of cleaning....how do you clean those blackened pots/pans? Like the bottom of that wok?
I'm very jealous of your big gas stove.
I wonder what cut of beef you used to get all that bone and marrow - beef shank?
Ma sha Allah looks delicious 😋
I have tried this recipe and its delicious. I like your kitchen .Its clean and tidy
.... Omg, two hands spoil the pot. haven't you heard this?! Lol
Charsi karahi originates from Peshawar which is Pakistan, not Afghanistan
I tried this recipe, I made it for my Bengali guests. They all loved. I am cooking meat like this now. Thank you!!
Charsi karahi is not an Afghan cuisine,it’s a Pakistani dish from Peshawar.you really seem to have some serious issues with with Pakistan I have noticed that that many times, most of the food you pass off as Indian is actually Pakistani,Indian are majority vegetarian and don’t even know what these dishes are.Being a Muslim you should be honest with no malice.
That's to watery/saucy to be a karahi. Plus you don't cook karahi on low heat,it's high heat
With due respect both namak mandi and charsi restaurant are in Pakistan not Afghanistan.
Assalamualaikum, thank you for this lovely dish so i can make this for my family it becomes sadakh may Allah swt bless you and all your family for teach me and my wife Lisa how to cook. Brother Ridhwan☝☝☝
Lovely Jublee, I used to go to school in Tooting Bec in the sixties. The only thing foreign we had was the Greek Christoffi family running the fish and chip shop. I moved to Hawaii...David Hume.

Just tried this...had to make slight variations due to supplies, butter in place of oil and the addition of some coriander powder ... but oh my! Superb. Glad to have found the channel; keep it up! 👌
I don’t know what I enjoyed more , watching you cook it or eat it !
I just ate dinner and I'm drooling watching this
Come on why can’t it start today pal.
Great recipe. The food looks mouth wateringly delicious. After watching this I definitely want to cook it and taste it. Great share.
What cut of beef is it? Looks like there is a little bit of fat though it and on the bone too.

Charsi Karahi was introduced to uk by Taste of Pakistan, HOUNSLOW. They are the true kings of Charsi Karahi and chapli kebabs. 🇵🇰🇵🇰
I want to comment on background n Flag from Afghanistan.May b it is a mistake. Charsi tikka is from Peshawar n it is in Pakistan n not from Afghanistan.
Just wanted to make a correction with respect. I love ur recipes. Thnx n wish u all the best
Thank you.
Peshawar is Afghanistan Pakistan only existed since 1948 so you're telling me this dish was invented after 1948?
namak mandi is peshawar pakistan,
You should add fresh sliced naga morich peppers for extra heat and flavor
Yes I agree we always asked for extra fresh chilli Green hot ones 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
I have naga on everything, we are starting to get nice and hot one now

Hey, I saw those fried potatoes. So d---- good. I'm telling you that you're about the only chef to watch on
UA-cam. Good going, fella!!
Looks amazing! the Karhi has to be one my all time fave dishes! One thing i do need in a Karhi is a ton of chopped green peppers though.
In ur last video u showed that Lebanese takeaway in London. I went there and food was amazing. And for this one charsi is the guy in peshawar who owns the restaurant which is very famous and infact charsi means pot smoker 😂
Oh dear
Yes, this guy has not had the decency of giving credit to Charsi Karahi in Peshawar, Pakistan.
@@alipak5534 everybody knows it bro. DW. I'm more surprise how did it take so long for him to get to know thus recipe as it's most common recipe in pakistani and afghani cuisine
@@0zy11 Well, it annoys me when they just ripp off our cuisines and then peddle them as 'Indian' or whatever. At least have the decency to acknowledge where you got it. Charsi Karahi has become famous and this guy probably saw it on one of those foreign food vloggers who do series on Pakistan street food.
@@alipak5534 Yeah he used an Afghanistan flag too? Charsi is from Peshawar last time I heard. It's like making a hyderabadi dum biryani and having a bangladeshi flag in the background.
Looking yummy bro 😋

Yep the wife cooked it and it was superb!!!!!!!!
So here I am second time around.even my non beef loving daughter enjoyed this.had to tweak a bit so I'm goof with this recipe.simple but amazing
This took me back 40 years to Zeenat Bazar restaurant Atterclife Sheffield
They did Lamb on the bone or lamb chops or chicken Karhi
Each one to share two people Of corse we always had one each with fresh Nan Always a big jug of mango lassi
The owner was a big wrestler he had his full size picture hung on a wall Always started off with two massive onion bhaji popedom yogurt sauce Happy Happy Days
I remember the Zeenat too from my student days in the mid 80s. Happy days.

ahhh Latif looks amazing pal !! Sat here at 6am watching this and want to dive through my tv screen and try your food !! Fantastic !!
Bro u need more than 1 piece of bone marrow and also u need chunks of fat as it should really be cooked in fat to get authentic flavour. Also shouldnt be saucy but i guess you’ve cooked it to your preference. Good attempt tho.
Thank you for advice. Even though I’ve been cooking all my life as a chef I love learning new things especially dishes

Looks fantastic. Looking forward to visiting your restaurant for a Latf meal..👍👌
your more than a chef, your meals are works of art. beautiful food.
Your spirit warms my heart brother! Excellent content as always, Chef!
You have added too much chillies. The afgan mainly eat black pepper and little green chilli but I guess it's what u like... I only add pepper to mind and 1 Turkish green chilli which has the fragrance but not chilliness but you have done it good justice. Its perfect
Assalamalaikum ! Looking soo yummy
Love from India bro
I cook this dish every week
Next time put the beef in the Cooker for 1 whistle

Can't wait
Ive tried bengali curries and cannot enjoy their spices unfortunately finding all their dishes bland
ASLM Latif. Ijust want to complment you on you lovely pots you using. Love it
What is this. You mentioning pakistani dish and pakistani place and putting up wrong flag? Why?
Just for the record, Charsi term for food came out of Peshawar and it is NOT afghani. Let's not mix the terms.
What is the cut of beef to ask for?
Love your work man !!! ~ Chris
Made this tonight, followed every step....OMG
Namak Mandi is in Peshawar Pakistan and this is a Pakistani pushtoon dish and not Afghani. Correction please.
don't do the "ding-ding" sound please. it's fucking annoying.
Charsi karhahi is not Afghan recipe it’s from Peshawar and you have destroyed it mate 👎
Your the best my son loves you I wish I could eat your delish food but I have a bad digestion system maube you cook some food for people like us great guy better than all of those push snob cooks
The technique of not stiring until it gets color is apart of my culture as well. Very nice
Assalamalaikum brother namak mandi doesnt come from Afghanistan it is an area in Pakistan Peshawar where the charsi kharai comes from this is where it originated and is still
available there
Beautiful my friend 👍
My favourite part of cooking is when the garlic hits the pan, I love that smell.
Did you drain any of the oil from frying the beef? I dont think id want to leave 400ml of oil in there, to turn it into a sauce.
Looks great! You mentioned Peshawar, but they only use tomato, chilies and salt in their charsi, no?
First they softened the lamb meat in oil, lamb fat and water, later they stirr and put ginger garlic(optional),tomatoes, salt, and green chillies, black pepper (optional) until everything turns into beautiful cooked oily curry
@@shehryarkhan9842 Thank you. It does looks delicious.
Charsi karahi is bad boy. Its actually a recipe by Nisar Charsi in Pakistan peshawar
Looks beyond yummy❗😋

Chef, why not just peel the tomatoes before adding them to the pot?
That looks bloody fantastic. I'm not a great cook, so I'm going to ask my friend Clare to make it. I'll buy the ingredients and bring the wine. Thankyou.
