Hi, l watch this for self diagnosis and treatment , l have watched other channels and many identified the signs but not the cause and never the treatment. The main thing l got out of Claras vid was that she identified some of the causes of the symptoms and this was a breath of relief, as psychosomatic and environmental factors are best addressed before any medication. Thx and in the future , please oh please please do a vid on how to treat or avoid the discussed symptoms. Thx again, ps l have a long pointy tongue, not especially thick nor thin, a light shade of purple with thick white and some yellow fur, a few red spots at the root....any advice?

A quick question as teeth Marks on sides are gen spln qi Def, we are however seeing them in the liv/GB region.I know this is because of imprint of teeth ,gen overnight to the tongue!
So spln not controlling shape
But Could we possibly conjecture that teeth Marks predominantly to front sides in lu diag could be lu qi Def.Or potentially a lu and soon qi Def?

@@neillatore6975 teethmarks are Liver Qi stagnation due to stress, over controlling Spleen and therefore deplete it 🌷 it’s a 5 elements pattern 🥰

In terms of TCM the spleen holding things up and in place or not in this instance.
Spleen also controlling the shape of things in the body.

TCM doesn’t work that way, we treat the person as a whole, not the disorder. We look at the tongue, observe the skin, eyes, hair...we take the pulse, ask questions on sleep, digestion, diet, immune system...and then we make a TCM diagnosis and create a treatment plan accordingly 🙏

Thank you, Clara! Is the body fluid deficiency basically a more severe yin deficiency? I guess in my mind I haven’t been differentiating them, attributing the cracks to yin deficiency on a spectrum...
Yes Amy in some cases BF def. is the next step from Yin def. (worse as you said), but it can also stem from Excess Fire or Blood deficiency 🥰

I'm new to TCM. Could you pls explain how BF deficiency can be the stem of Blood deficiency? is the color of the tounge still red? or it becomes pale in that case?

I have been looking so long for this thank you! For a white tongue with teeth mark isn’t that qui deficiency? And I need an herb that is warming and moisturizing ? I went to a TCM but he only did acupuncture and wouldn’t reccomend herbs? He said liver and stomach are low in energy. Can anyone point me to a book or give me insight? I have some seriously bad breath and I just want to be able to kiss again :(
I’m happy you enjoyed the video 🌷 for herbs they have to be very specific to each person so I would recommend you find a practitioner who does Chinese herbs in your area 🌿💜

It’s individually based, so it’s hard to tell. In tcm we treat the sole person not just one symptom 🌸🥰

I have constant dry mouth and cracked sore tongue, which goes numb, tingles and burns also mu lips go numb had this for almost a year any advice
I would suggest you go see a doctor to get referred to a specialist 🙏 this could be a symptom from an underlying condition. But definitely avoid spicy food, alcohol, coffee, and aged cheese 💕

I feel like I have yang deficiency but the drs have no clue. One said it’s oral thrush. The rest have no clue lol. Full blood panel looks great. More than a month thick, white coated tongue. Wake up with a dry tongue. I think I’m generally healthy drinks tons of water too

What do the red dots on the white layer on the tongue mean?

My tongue has turned black overnight. Yesterday it was pink and this morning it was black with black coating. Despite cleaning the tongue my tongue is black. And I also have altered sensation in tongue for the past 3 days, somewhat metallic taste. Could you please tell me what is the problem, what should I do?

I have started electroacupuncture treatment for chronic constipation .my mom is 60 years old and she suffer severe and chronic constipation.i choose Li4.st25.sp15.sp6.cv6.cv4. Li 11.sj6.st36.st37.and BL 25 .
after 6 sessions the result was great..!!!
But after 4 days later she came back to constipation!! I continued the treatment for ten sessions more...but she didnot respond ! I m confused ! Please help me 🙏

Yellow coat 🌷 but it can eventually dry the fluids and have no coat but a dry crimson tongue

Your best bet is to see a qualified practitioner in your area 🧡 Yin deficiency can be dealt with adding healthy fats and high water content food like broth & cucumbers. But without knowing your full health history, it’s tough to say. 🙏
I would say traditional Indian medicine Ayurveda has more clear and accurate points than any other medicines. CTM has similarity too since most of it is derived from Ayurveda. I would go for traditional medicine instead of modern. Especially Ayurveda is the goat of medicines🔥

People always hear yang deficiency and qi deficiency creates dampness. But why?
Not all Qi deficiency create dampness, only the organs that have functions dealing with metabolism of water 🌷 Spleen, Kidney, Lung Qi deficiency only.
If these organs are deficient then Qi is not strong enough to move fluids so they accumulate 🙏
