these points are legit. it's very similar to the points my acupuncturist brother uses on me for heat. sometimes he uses a lance and bleeds my ears or thumbs as well.
Hello Clara, excellent videos easy to understand the concept, can u upload a complete video on para ovarian cyst hw to cure thrw acu points completely plz
Hello Clara, started following your videos recently. Please could you make a video on Bartholin Cyst and its points, or just mention the points for its cure. Have been suffering for a while from it. I will be so grateful.🙏🏼 I could find no information and meridians for it. I am sure you must be knowing. Pls do share, I will give regards from the bottom of my heart.♥️
In tcm that’s excess dampness/phlegm and Qi stagnation. It affects the liver collateral and should be treated as such. Maybe go see a qualified acupuncturist in your area to guide you as each individual is very unique 🌷😍

talking about making it fun to learn - could you do one or two videos going through how heat applies specifically to virginia satir's blamer stance if it's not obvious? And other of her stress stances and perhaps create role playing content around it like she did back in the time for troubleshooting family emotional issues, the applications of which could be very creatively and pervasively applied to XYZ because they're archetypal? To me doing QiGong reframes with them can save me from losing a lot of meaning and being drained - eg find something funny from a reframe rather than being REALLY pressured like most other people are! Saves me from smoking or eating 85% chocolate lol.
Since you mentioned it, I need to know how to help clear excess cold. I experience regurgitation of bile in combination with a stuck pyloric valve. I don't suppose you have a video on that specific detail, do you? I'll check out your uploads in case I've missed it.
Thanks very much for explaining about these useful acupoints so concisely as usual. So I guess if the patient presents with both, you would treat excess heat first as it's more acute, right? and once that's under control you would treat the chronic condition(s) or would you do it at the same time if possible? Thanks :)
excuse me Clara, i didn't catch well what mean the cracks in the down lip, you said Stomach fluids, but you mean dehydratation in all the body? I always have the cracks in the lip of the mouth, but I drink water!!!

Hi Clara these 2 days my left under eye like shaking. Like wire or line always moving. If it caused of heat wind or what? And what point need me to go through? Thanks ❤
Eye twitch is internal Wind 🌷but TCM doesn’t work that way, we treat the person as a whole, not the disorder. We look at the root cause & address it! We look at the tongue, observe the skin, eyes, hair...we take the pulse, ask questions on sleep, digestion, diet, immune system...and then we make a TCM diagnosis and create a treatment plan accordingly 🙏
How about opening a Telegram group about Chinese medicine? Questions about Chinese medicine and diseases are asked and consultations are held so that students, practitioners, your followers and anyone who wishes can participate and strengthen their knowledge about Chinese medicine. That’s such a great idea, however I cannot manage it as I’m already so busy. A Facebook group is similar but again takes monitoring & so much time 🌷 just answering all comments on my social media & emails takes me 1 hour to 2 hours daily (which takes away from creating content 🙏)
