According to Chinese time, for example, if the lungs are most active between 3 and 5 o'clock, why do lung diseases increase at this hour? Isn't the most active hour the hour when that meridian is the strongest?
@@Winter396 the meridian is activated for those two hours: if we follow its rhythm we strengthen it but we go against it it will get out of balance 🙏 if we sleep at liver time then the liver stays healthy but if we are up then the liver gets out of balance 🥰
@@Acuproacademy Thank you very much Yes, I understood that part, but I didn't understand this. Isn't the hour when the meridian is most active the hour when the qi is most concentrated in the meridian, that is, when the meridian is strongest? Why is the disease related to that organ more active at that hour?On the contrary, shouldn't the symptoms of the disease related to that organ decrease during those hours?
@@Winter396 those 2 hours are about balance, it’s not about being strongest or having the symptoms decrease 🙏 it’s all about following the circadian rhythm
According to the 5 element theory, if an organ is working less, is there a problem with the mother? If it is working more, is there a problem with the grandmother?
@@Winter396 if an organ is deficient then the mother is deficient 🙏 so we always tonify the mother as well as the organ affected 🥰 if an organ is in excess, the grandmother is not at fault
Lots of differences 🥰 for Yin Excess, the formula would move blood and relieve pain if it was chronic, if it was acute it would expel external pathogens. For Yang deficiency, the formula would warm and tonify Yang 🙏👍

@@Acuproacademy Hum. Well looking at the natures of things and mixtures of the elements in them, I guess is the way I am looking at it. Sounds like acid which is "heating" or "firey", causing inflammation. A primary quality of the soda is "heat" and other elements in lesser degrees. This might not technically be TCM, IDK but this is the way I have always understood things. Maybe be this confusing me with TCM theory. I hope that makes sense.
