Many of you think that coconut oil has a difficult smell and taste...u r not used to it... like mustard oil for most of the south people... keep using any type of wood pressed oil,avoid refined oils ...stay healthy

Use the oil you use traditionally. That is .. what your great grandma would have used... in Kerala its coconut oil, in Tamil nadu its sesame oil and coconut oil. North I think mustard oil, rape seed oil.

Mam your recipes are super duper. I am always watching and tried some smoothie recipes too. I saw it for the first time with this fermented water rice recipe. It really looks healthy and delicious. Sure we tried. Only this Matta rice we can use or any other white rice we can As we are from north India side and of course all things available online but sometimes you show recipes in a very easy way but our results are not like you. 😊 So pls suggest

I am.also following her recipe and taking this challenge as it is the easiest and simplest plan i have ever seen. Currently i am 71..and my goal is to drop atleast 10 kgs before diwali that will fall in the month of October/November.

wood pressed coconut oil has a very neutral flavour than refined coconut oil. Hope this helps.

U can use any oil i am also a Punjabi but resident of Andhra Pradesh here we use ground nut oil
