I pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 back in 2020 because CDPR didn't let me down with their previous 3 games and they had a solid reputation. Played it a bit, fortunately had the PC version (and not the old gen versions of Xbox One or PS4 that had massive problems) and some promises were not honoured but now i feel safe to play it seriously for the first time from start to finish with version 2.0.
Yes and during the unification war (a war started by NUSA with the goal of reuniting the states) the NUSA tryed to annex Night city, but they failed because Arasaka got involved. Reed (Idris Elba) and other government agents stayed in NC undercover.
The two at the end aren't MaxTac, they're Arasaka troopers. You can see those exact models around Arasaka controlled zones in Night city, such as during the final mission and certain side quests. There's also a theory that the final line of the trailer, "I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for you" means that because he was betrayed, that gave him to will to pull himself to safety after being left for dead and utilize a med-hypo. Cybernetics in 2077 are crazy, and sub-dermal armour is a fairly common implant, which could theoretically stop a pistol round even if he only looks to be wearing a white t-shirt. Which is why in both the 2013 Bullets trailer and in the Edgerunners anime MaxTac always aim for the head. These Arasaka troops look to have shot him center of mass, which is what soldiers are trained to do.
Bud believe me when I say I truly enjoyed this video. It's rare to see someone not only give attention, but include their own analysis and speculation that's transformative. These days you mostly find reaction videos that are just twitch streamers "reacting" by playing a video and then immediately turning to stare blankly at their twitch chat and if you're lucky, drooling. I'm kidding, kind of. But seriously, nice video!
Thank you for taking the time to check out the video and the channel! Hope you enjoyed your time here and hope you are having a great day!

yea this feels like what they wanted the release of the game to be. im really looking forward to playing through it.
Night City is a free city, not in the borders of NUSA.
