@@68mustangrestoration34 AMD sheet metal is great! Quarter panels run $700-950 depending on car. Available deck lids $600 fenders $600-700 Grills $700-1200 just a few samples
yeah take your time on this step put the DA away my 68 I used 4k primer then dupont nason laid down beautiful no issues but store brand 4 to1 clearcoat had orange peel had to cut/buff every panel cotton buffer wheel took topcoat down to primer layer on the door/quarter bodyline areas touched it up with paint/cotton swab my junky buffer does'nt have variable speed its either full speed or nothing spent more more on meguiars buffing compounds than all the primer/topcoat
I also had to cut and polish my clear on the mustang, it looked great for about 3 weeks after spraying but then started shrinking I used a nason clear, I might try and find something different this time.
The grunt work continues I with I would've allocated a few weeks into sanding myself, oh well somebody has to drive the "50 footers"!

Good to see you working again. But as I suggested when you finished the mustang you should get yourself a Mopar! 👍🏻
