Ive tried other recipes to make this before and they all failed. i decided to follow your recipe yesterday and it came out excellent!!!! Your the bomb girl!!!!!! am so suscribing :)
I just made these and I'm blown away! I actually halved the recipe! I was so afraid because I know halving certain dessert recipes can be disastrous. I even used margarine because I didn't have butter. I followed your method to a tee. When the puffs were cooled I filled them with tuna paste. They were light, airy, perfectly browned and not eggy. They were delicious! Another fantastic recipe Natasha! Girl, I bypassed all those fancy and complicated chef recipes for choux and trusted yours alone! Once again, you never disappoint! Thanks a million for sharing your expertise 😊
Tried your recipe tonight with my girls and they came out great. It was a hit at home and with the neighbors. Thank u for your easy to understand recipe
Made this today, the dough didn't come out firm like yours, mines was a bit runny but let me tell you, the puffs still came out perfect! Your recipes are like magic!!!!!! Thank you Natasha!
So am I!!! I tried the recipe and it was pretty straightforward and easy to follow... the only thing I'm not good at is the piping onto the baking tray part.... It's so good Yummy!!!!
You make look so much easier. Other recipes i tried did not asked for the dough tp cool before adding the eggs so they cooked before it wrnt into the oven. Thank you
I think I was not successful with putting the dough balls out because mines didn't turn out as hollow as yours was, but wow! It was tasty! Thanks so much for this recipe.

You have to cook it more so it comes together.
What about if I want to make egg less?
Manisha Ramdath I've yet to try an ageless version
Trini Cooking with Natasha i want one😣😢😢
What size tip you used ?
Looks amazing
Hi what could be the reason for my puffs to not be puffie
Davika Basdeo If the mixture was to dense.
Hi can u make eggless puff for us
FYI for anyone making this.. do not put salt in the cheese mixture.. the cheese produces enough salt.. this messed my dish up!
Ramona R , in your opinion can I use table margarine in place of butter? Thx!
Not sure as all the recipes I’ve seen for these puffs call for unsalted butter.. If you follow the recipe it comes out exactly like hers..
Ramona R thx
R R e
Geez, do people really need to be told everything? Guess common sense really isn’t common.
Can i double this recipe ?
Can it be eggless?

Just tried this recipe. I used 4 eggs but it was too runny. I tried it again with 3 eggs, but after baking, it was still like raw dough inside.

Great video. Very informative! Quick question: I don't have a stand mixer. Do you think I could use an electric hand mixer? Or even a food processor?
Both can work. Thank you!
