I believe a good dose of humor helps keeps lessons memorable. You go to do something and remember how because of a specific joke that was made. Keeps things lively too :)
I remember how hard it was from the start and I had no idea how to play this but a few players helped me out with some training gear that helped me level up faster when killing enemies so now I make free training armour sets with glyphs for new players and give them advice with their character too

I still stand by my Argonian Vampire "Necromancer". That is, an Argonian Nightblade trained *purely* for draining spells and mobility, who specializes in Healing, and has managed to become a vampire to double-down on the drains and defensive mobility. By the first week of launch I'd gotten the achievement for healing 1,000,000 HP in PVP. I didn't need kills to feel godlike when Ghost-Who-Soothes strolled onto the battlefield.
I'd lay down AOE shields on my guild's front-line fighters, drawing aggro as all healers do. Imagine their surprise when, instead of dying like a squishy mage, I vanished and reappeared elsewhere laying down heals and buffs. When I saw a dangerous target I'd hit them with a vampiric drain, a red line between myself and the enemy, acting like a laser sight to my guild. "*That's the motherfucker. Kill them, my pets.*"

This game is so beautiful, but so shallow at the same time. I lasted 10 days after coming back from a 2 year hiatus. The pve is incredibily boring with crap incentives and rewards.
Johnny Stevens if you're referring to the fiery outfit, it's known as the Valkyn Skoria armour set (two piece only) the rest looks like a mix of daedric and Xivkyn styles (not sure about the boots.) Oh the Skoria set is decent if you wanna drop some extra fireballs with your fire attacks and it will require a few friends/guildies or just 3 randos looking to also grind for the piece (one is dropped in the dungeon ((I think the helmet but don't quote me)) and the other is done by the undaunted dailies quests if that dungeon is in the current cycle of dungeons to do that day)
Head+shoulder is from this set: elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Valkyn+Skoria+Set Note: the shoulder can drop from the chest on ANY day, not just when the dungeon is the daily pledge.

Im DPS, but Im wearing heavy armor and killing half of Craglorn, without any help at IM SORRY 24-d level.
I can tank in medium.... but that is for advanced users, and not recommended for beginners.
