  • The Himiway Zebra is solidly built and strong! It's great for senior riders and non-seniors too. A 400 lb weight limit is the highest I've seen!
    Himiway will exhibit at the Electrify exhibition from 08/10 to 09/10. If you are interested in test riding their ebikes, you can do it there.
    The address is: 3500 Pan American Dr, Miami, FL 33133.

    If your under 5'9 inches tall I recommend the Himiway Escape, you can pedal without your knees hitting your chin and you can put your feet on the ground. I'm 78 so it is much easier to control and you feel comfortable driving. The seat is also fantastic but if your taller people complain that the seat can't be moved up.

    Hey Russ,
    I own this bike and love the ride, power, accessibility, and quality.
    The fact that Himiway has these in stock versus other ebikes manufacturers that are taking preorders and holding your money is also a real plus.
    I wasn’t happy that Himiway detuned the top speed to 25 mph in order to increase range. I purchased a Key color display and now my top speed = 28-30mph.
    With the new user friendly display I can easily tune all parameters without all the “p” code BS.
    I bought it through Amazon three weeks ago because they had a $200. off coupon. However after all was said and done buying from Himiway with no tax and free shipping was within $38. of the Amazon price because Amazon charges tax. Now Amazon price would be way more because of tax.
    Great review and bike.
    Keep ‘em coming.
    Thanks!

I have not disagreed with any of your reviews so Far that’s because I believe what you say. The only bad thing I see you do is run stop signs ( joking) lol. Keep up the great work. I try to listen to your videos when I’m riding my Himiway Cruiser makes my time pass by fast. Himiway is a major name brand. The Zebra is a GREAT looking bike, big, heavy and powerful, a potential to be one of your main bikes. Well, unless Mrs.Right has an eye on it😂This bike looks like the Magicycle Ocelot Pro on steroids (bigger 26" vs. 20"). Nice sized motor 750W and battery 48V 20ah, a thumbs up.

    It looks like the grips have End caps on them which would be good for adding bar end mirrors. A lot of bikes don’t come with that, but it sure does leave you with more options for mirrors without cutting into your grips. Great review.

      You can get thumb throttles on Etsy or eBay. www.etsy.com/search?q=ebike%20thumb%20throttle&ref=search_bar. As for the range, nobody gets the range that manufacturers state! OK, if you are light in weight, ride in a straight path with no hills, pedal all the time, never throttle and use pedal assist level 1, then maybe you can. I never get the range companies state either because I'm heavy and throttle a lot.

Seniors like myself, 66 years old, have to first admit that they're not as flexible as they used to be😂Yeah I came to that reality a couple of years ago🤣Maybe this Himiway has the potential for a 2nd battery and front basket? • @RussIsRight

      You could always add a second battery and strap it to the rear rack. There are provisions for something to mount on the front, but these are to the side of the front head tube. • @RussIsRight
      @RussIsRight  Рік тому +1

      @@pedrofernandez8729 Possibly. The throttle uses a lot of wattage overall. When I throttle up to get started from a dead stop, the watt meter usually shows 900+ watts on my bikes. Pedaling that to get started might only be 300 or so watts. Anytime you use the throttle, you risk more power usage than you might really want to do. But you get the convenience of the throttle, of course.
