I disassembled a 1911 once. Everything just fell out on the bench. I was in panic mode because it just came completely apart. Fortunately, a video on UA-cam got me back together and it functions fine. I appreciate the time you've taken to help the Staccato family out.
Nice video new to the 2011 platform I like to do my own work on all my rifles n guns gonna do some minor stuff on my Staccato P nothing the internet can’t teach me again thanks for time explaining everything it would be nice complete disassemble of the grip module 🎯💯🤙🏽
I would love to have a legitimate conversation with you over the phone. I'm not trying to be a hater there's just a lot of things I've been seeing from Vulcan and a few things that you have done that I'm a little sour about. I think DSC needs 10 times the credit people are giving him. I'm no fan boy by any means I've spent about 10K already in the past 6 months on these custom platforms completely replacing all the internals and everything outside. I respect what you do and you're very knowledgeable more than I am on the internals and how to tune them. For me it's hard to send a $5000 platform to someone With no true professional background. Again I'm speculating and have no concrete evidence of what I'm saying I'm just assuming your background. And I feel that's wrong on my part and will admit it.
Good video for as faras you went BUT it's not a complete takedown. The Hammer, sear, disconnector, mag release and trigger were not removed. Thanks for posting the video.
@photosplusbypeter6877 True enough taking it apart, putting it back together takes a little patience. Especially lining up the sear and disconnector. Necessary for a flat trigger upgrade. Thanks again for the vid.
Just fyi, I use the same brake cleaner on my XC and use anti-splatter welding gel on my compensators and it keeps me from having to chip away carbon. Great video and advice! Thanks brother for your attention to detail! Keep it up!
i have the same gun you know the thing you took off at the begginging of the video the little switch that holds the gun tmr the veryt first piece whats its called or where could i get another becasue my snaped and wont close my gun anymore
I accidentally pulled the hammer out and I was FREAKING TF OUT because I couldn’t line up the hammer to the sear engagements. I figured it out and it works flawlessly.
It's not that easy you need to send it to a professional gunsmith and they will do a bunch of machining and metal work for fitment it. Is not just a switch over
Dang my boy just took a screw driver to his 4K pistol comp lol. Jk jk tbh that’s an amazing pistol I hope to own one, one day. I love my C2 but that XC is one on my list.
I use the same brake clean. But you should protect your optic glass from any solvents. I use painters tape or the cover to the optic if it has one like my DPP comes with.
@stevenkendell1134 At least I know how to fully disassemble properly without scratching everything up. Just because I couldn't remember the name of the part in the moment.Come on dude try not to be so pathetic...

Thanks again. Gonna save this video. Very helpful.
Thank you, I wish I saw your video first, It's the best.
Can you do a full disassembly video on the CS. I’m thinking they are basically the same, but…. It would be much appreciated if you could do that!
Can you do a complete disassembly video for the 24 CS?
Awesome video! Just changed out my recoil and firing pin spring. This video helped me out 💯 🙏🏼
I have the same concern with barrel and guide rod. What did you mean “fell”?
Very detailed video. Thank you
Well since I’m not a hater unlike others great video Wish u nothing but success in your future

Skipsgunz! Dude made my prodigy run better than a $5000 one! And I don’t clean it like OCD!
Do you need to "calibrate" the extractor when putting it back in after you clean it? (2011 newbie here)
Thank You ......
Quality and very detailed video. Thank you!!!
Needed this. Thanks
GreTlat video, thank you. What is the name of the nonchloranated cleaner? Do you have a link for the ear cleaner?
Excellent!
Very informative, thank you for unloading.
Good video for as faras you went BUT it's not a complete takedown. The Hammer, sear, disconnector, mag

Yeah but that's the easy stuff, that just falls out.

Does the compensator can be remove from the barrel. so, i can put a new one with custom looks in?
Have you looked into these? It's all one piece of steel
@@photosplusbypeter6877 sorry, i was skip some part.
Thanks!!
Can you put up a link for the ear wax tool
Use a brass rod or some similar soft metal. Don't use steel to scrape on your steel pistol.
Like I said I'll use whatever I want the brass leaves a coating that I don't like and it's too soft.....
@@photosplusbypeter6877 you can’t use a solvent instead?
You nailed it. This is how you do a take down video.

at the 2:10 mark that part is called a barrel link
Much appreciated I know most of the parts but not all of them yet still learning.
Sliding the firing pin stop through the extractor was my issue. Thanks for the tips!
This was very helpful. Thanks!
This is one of the best breakdown and maintenance videos I have seen. Good video quality and slow and detailed explanation of breakdown.
Great video. Thank you.
After 16:05 I forgot the all process . What a memory lol . Great video good explanation
nice vid, i don't have one but this is my bucket list piece
i have the same gun you know the thing you took off at the begginging of the video the little switch that holds the gun tmr the veryt first piece whats its called or where could i get another becasue my snaped and wont close my gun anymore
Contact staccato
I accidentally pulled the hammer out and I was FREAKING TF OUT because I couldn’t line up the hammer to the sear engagements. I figured it out and it works flawlessly.
Hands down best take down video for this platform… thank you 🙏🏽
Extremely well done video
can you post a video on how to change the grip to a metal one?
It's not that easy you need to send it to a professional gunsmith and they will do a bunch of machining and metal work for fitment it. Is not just a switch over
Do I need to remove the trigger assembly to remove the grip module?
Thanks for this man! Much appreciated

i own the XC, i about died!!
I use the same brake clean. But you should protect your optic glass from any solvents. I use painters tape or the cover to the optic if it has one like my DPP comes with.
I have never covered my optic I always spray it also
This video is awesome! Thanks
awesome video thank you
Thanks for this video!!!
What is that liquid in the glass cup?
Did you even watch the video? Because I state exactly what it is when I grab it In the beginning of the video at two minutes and forty five seconds.
Whose grip is that?
Dragon scales
Thanks for the very well informed video! Helps when needing the basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance of the firearm.
This guy doesn't even know the names of the basic components/parts.
@stevenkendell1134 At least I know how to fully disassemble properly without scratching everything up. Just because I couldn't remember the name of the part in the moment.Come on dude try not to be so pathetic...
