Wish I heard this message 15 years ago. Thanks for sharing it

Wow, Thank you!
"The best way to lower cholesterol is to stop eating it."
🤣🤣🤣 Well said, Dr. Klaper.
😂😂😂Ehehehe
This is very informative. Thank you so much!
Amen to this. No truer words spoken
Having worked in three D/A treatment centers, my belief is that alcohol is very close to the the top of the list of bad things you can ingest.
Very well explained .keep up the great work
Great video - thank you Dylan and Dr Klaper
Well said Dr. Klaper 👏👏👏
A Awesome, Video, thank you for sharing, love, Diana Lipski 💕
Love him
I loved my early morning coffee but it didn't like me, always felt sick after. Now, I have 1 tsp apple cider vinegar in a glass of water upon waking and later, if I feel like it, a homemade green smoothie (4 parts leafy greens to 1 part fruit). I feel so well on this that I couldn't go back to drinking coffee (but I love the smell of roasted coffee beans - as well as the smell of bacon and cigarettes which I no longer have!)
That's awesome! Glad you are feeling great too!
He's right about coffee oils and they can raise cholesterol, but if the coffee is made w' a coffee filter (can use 2 even better)it filters these volatile oils out
I add turmeric ginger cayenne pepper all spice cloves black pepper to my ☕️ coffee
Watching this early in the morning drinking a cup of soymilk. Nice! 😀
I have zero physical problems drinking coffee but for some reason green tea upsets my stomach...
@Ass Ketchup Your spot on pal, fixed my problem with green tea anyway! Thanks
@Raider Slater This happens to me too when drinking green tea on an empty stomach.
Hopefully the medical system will someday become more honest when it unties itself from big alcohol!
I sometimes drink alcohol because it kills my speech impediment but I've taken breaks from it as long as a year. I haven't drank coffee in at least 6 months and the other day I was at my parents house, shared a sub with dad and split a Dr. Pepper with mom. I was wondering why I felt euphorically high like on controlled substances until I realized that brown sodas contain caffeine. A co worker has this coffee that smells like a hot chocolate when he's brewing it, it's such a pleasant smell I'm thinking of starting my coffee game again.
Try Dandy Blend with some of our Date Powder!
Whats up w/"oils in coffee"? Some added stuff or in the bean itself?
It’s in the bean
what about organic decaf coffee? I just like the ritual and taste of it.
Dr. Greger says that organic decaf coffee using a paper filter doesn't have nearly the bad effects that regular coffee does. I think he reports 95% of the oils are removed, including whatever negatively effects our endothelial cells.
It's fine if you feel fine on it. Shouldn't be any risky long term detriment from it, especially in modération
Taste of coffee? Try to drink coffee without sugar and milk. We will see how you enjoy the taste :)

Ughh I love drinking!!😭😭😖
Both are addictive poisons. Needing a stimulant in your system to function everyday is an addiction that will kill you physically (highly inflammatory, suppresses immune system, destroys joints, hair loss, hands and feet are cold all the time, heart failure, A-fib)and mentally (anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia(in you system for around 14hours))
So is eating certain foods everyday. Eating too much Durian can get you high.
It may lower risk of dementia, but obviously more negative than positive effects. But a glass a couple times a week is low risk.
Hi!! I'd like to help you to add spanish subtitles to reach a wider audience. What do you think?
I wish he harped on caffeine as hard as he went on alcohol. It’s truly a sleep destroyer, and I suspect it brings on gray hair sooner
Caffeine also depletes vitamin C.
And B vitamins, calcium, magnesium and iron
He’s not wrong
I used to drink too much. I’m happy not to drink anymore except maybe a rare drink. If I have damages to my liver or other parts of my body, can the repair over time? I’m on a vegan diet now and hoping it’s not too late for me. I have a history of cancer and kidney disease in my family. I’m 39 and no troubles yet, but worried about this middle period. If I already have damages I don’t know of, can a good diet reverse and heal it? Thanks.
I’ve heard stories from the doctors reversing damage by following a health-promoting lifestyle going forward. I used to drink too much too. Now I eat whole food without added oil.
Well Your World Thanks for your reply. I just discovered your channel today and subscribed, though I recognize Dr. Klaper. Looks like great content! Can I ask you, what do you think is an ok level of olive oil in a diet, and is there a healthy alternative to olive oil for frying things in a pan! Thanks a million! 👍
No oil is good. But don’t worry, it’s what we do. Watch more of my videos. You’ll get the hang of it. And you’ll feel way better. Join us in Facebook too. Group link in the description.
Well Your World Thanks brother! I’ll let watch many more for sure. Much respect! ✌️
Hmm interesting...Dr Joel Kahn is an advocate for coffee and moderate alcohol intake. I'm so confused lol.
I would not say Dr. Kahn is an "advocate" for those things; I think he just thinks a little won't kill you and he doesn't that to be the thing that stops you from eating right.
Thanks for the reply! Have you interviewed him?

I motto that saves me a lot of stress is: When in doubt, leave it out.
I fell off my chair 2:34 because of the loud music, compared to the low volume throughout the whole clip till that point
Black tea ok? Unsweetened...despise sweet tea. Just really don’t like green tea, I’ve tried.
Herbal tea is best because it does not have caffeine. Black tea has plenty of caffeine.
did he say wee wee?
Why do I feel like this is directed towards Elyse and myself? *considers changing her FB profile image*
I get the point, Dillon 😜
I was good for 1 beer on a Friday night during the ladies venting session but I did recently (for my birthday) decide to eliminate even that for the next few months, at least. It's never been something I needed... Just a pleasure for my tastebuds and mood enhancer (there! I said it!). AHAHAHAAA!
How many guilty pleasures does a woman need, anyway? Thanks for adding to the universe's confirmation of this being a great change and, most importantly, why!
Beautiful ❤️
gotta have some good, maybe half of us were conceived cause of alcohol LOL! ( No I don't drink now, im 64 and wouldn't mind living to 88 and cash in enough govt. checks to get my cpp contributions back )
😂😂😂
Both are poisons which are best avoided.
Lol. Caffeine poison and yet, WFPB docs drink it.
The studies show that coffee, is healthy... But not necessarily good for the mind I guess
This guy says it's "okay" to have a little amount of green tea, while hundreds of studies show green tea is extremely healthy for you.
Banished From The Dwarf Planet I think he meant the caffeine in the green tea.
Caffeine is coffee, caffeine in tea, it's all the same shit.
