Great video. Could you post up a pic or a link to a pic of the instruction sheet? I got a couple of these directly from NA but they came with zero instructions. I know they’re fairly simplistic but there could always be something helpful that one might otherwise overlook. Thanks!
Nice setup! The 1.6mm vent is typically for the 14.5” and 16” barrels where the projectile has more dwell time. The 10.4” and 11” HK barrels typically use a .9mm or 1mm vent on the factory shorty gas blocks. The 1mm is definitely the correct size vent for your application.
I would make sure you test cycling/ejection pattern with the first 5 or so rounds of a full mag. More spring tension pushing up on the carrier will slow down your bolt just a bit.
I appreciate the tip! I’ll check that out. I still think with the 1.0 I should be ok. You can see the difference in ejection from 1.0 to 1.6 even if it does slow down some on a full mag.
I just came to admire the HK build. No expense spared.

If you have a traditional baffled can, that gas block will come in clutch.
Yea I know. I switch over towards the end to a 36M. 🍻

Need the PTR flow through can
Yea I know. I want to test that out on mine. It was great at range day at shot.
Is the barrel 11" exactly or 11.3...11.5?
Exactly 11”
Is it still running good for you?
Yes. No issue
@@Steve_MP5 sweet! Glad to hear it
I wouldn’t hire BoD to so much as stipple my Hi-Point.
Why? In only had good experiences there. There lead time can be long sometimes, but I’ve never had an issue.
They’ve been amazing with me, had a few things done by them and have ordered dozens of things from them.
