One of the greatest extreme metal vocalists of all time.
Dustin7571980 on albums....
Live........uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Yeah. Just saw Cattle Decapitation on Saturday. One of the best nights of my life.
Yea he's awesome in the studio but live it's pretty terrible.. Yes I've seen them live.. And I love cattle decap.
Yeah no lol. Travis is probably the best live and studio vocalist in death metal history.

you're not serious, right?
Bill: Bring back the plague.
Covid-19: Hold my corona beer
i was thinking the same thing, thats why i love this band lol
Haha😑
I wouldn't equate a literal plague that killed 1/3 of the world's population to a literal flu with a 1% mortality rate.
Lol
@@clitoralrosary9474 It's not a "literal flu," but I do say "condolences" literally everyday to my friends with friends and loved ones dying from COVID-19. And yes, friends and acquaintances have died from it.
I hate it when people downplay it, but of course it's not on the level of the plague.
In many parts of the world where population densities are huge, where distancing and healthcare is shit, people will die more from it.
Also, Delta variant.
I hope humanity is still here on Nov 29, so we can enjoy this new album.
It's good dude.
@SAVEOURREPUBLIC2 Yeah, bro.
And here we are bro , still enjoying and alive 😎👌

Such a sweet man, with such a "teehee" approach to his extreme lyrics.
I love it!
He really seems very real, although a bit self deprecating, which ironically is charming about him.
Death atlas was the album that got me into Cattle Decap. Now they’re my favourite band.
I just love this guy. I'm so glad that there's people like him in the world. Just face it, everybody: we're going down. And as Travis says, "we deserve everything that's coming".
Travis is super responsible to know he’s too irresponsible to have kids, which is more than so many others can say. Travis Ryan = more responsible than most. 😍😍😍🖤
I was literally thinking the same thing
@@bm3087 Literally? You LITERALLY did? Literally?
Most people should not reproduce. Honestly the way people look at having children is all wrong. Should there really be another you running around in the world? Probably not. I will never have children because I know I am not good for the world, and thats ok.
That's intelligence and self awareness...

Travis! Death Atlas is pure musical art! You guys absolutely killed it! My favorite cattle decap album by far
this guy is a great interviewer
You can tell hes a fan he dosnt look at the camera.
1:45 Travis predicted the Coronavirus
@Becoming Godsize It did shut down damn near the entire world.
Absolute Death still not a plague. Plagues are from bacteria not viruses.
@@crrtis yeah I read that somewhere, but still, close enough aye
Jason yeah man, I feel ya. I got my bring back the plague shirt and the sticker on my car, haha. It draws looks.
" _might_ " isn't a prediction.
He seems like a genuine dude, we share lots of thoughts, the world needs more conscious people like him 🌍🤘
So excited to play as support for these guys!
2 days on the road with cattle decapitation
That's really cool!! I hope you had a great experience And that they were good guys! 🤘🤘😎😎😎
Hope you drank your water bottles with straws and threw them on the ground afterward in front of them.
I mean, I'm watching it from this self-quarantine thing, and damn, this video is just even more fun now.
Its so good to see Travis on loudwire.
One of the best vocalists, along with such a relevant band and theme during these times.
Travis Ryan... bringing intelligence back to music. No materialism or ego... just raw aggression and honesty. The theme... this will not end well. Genuine soul right there.
i remember opening for cattle at a little hole in the wall in Palmdale CA. Travis is beyond talented. he was the first vocalist that just blew everyone away. he was throwing change of pennies and etc into the crowd. The biggest thing i remember when he did his high pitches it felt like an airplane taking off over our heads. craziest live vocalist live, i have ever had the honor of opening up for, and seeing live.
This video aged well
"We might just get taken out by the dinosaurs" lmao lolololol

I think he meant to say like the dinosaurs.
Lmao I think he meant like the dinosaurs too but by is so much better. All the shit that would need to go down for that to happen 😂
I'm gonna see them live Wednesday next week I'm so hyped
@Herb Tenderson In munich in germany

I saw 'em back in August and holy shit they're great live! You're gonna have a great time, dude!
I'm seeing them on the day the album drops
SEEEING THEM IN ATLANTA ON THE 29TH! STAY SAFR BROOSKI
Ahh that was a great interview, fuck yea I’m stoked for the new album!
One of my all time favorite bands. Biggest memory with them was at Chain Reaction in Anaheim and ended up hanging out with the band until they went on stage, fun and great guys.
I'm so happy to hear him say he doesn't want to have kids. I'm so fed up with people who are against climate change, against brutality in general, be it against people or animals, against suffering and whatnot, and who still have like 5 kids. It's not even about us, dude, it's about the children themselves. What are they going to experience in life? Pain, and suffering, then die? For what exactly?
@selfatrophy Yes, and it's not about resources either. It's about the inevitability of suffering. Oh, and consent, if that's not enough. Can't force someone into being even if you sleep with your rose-coloured glasses and think everything is great. But people are bellends and they're going to continue that cycle of shit anyway. That makes me so saddened and infuriated at the same time.
@selfatrophy I'm not saddened by the future extinction, but by the fact that people will continue to procreate and new victims will be born into this world. This is just bullshit, unasked for, and totally unnecessary. People always tell me I want humanity to go extinct - I don't. That's just the consequence. I want people to stop suffering. Oh and I want them to stop torturing other sentient beings as well. Nothing gives you any right over any animal. The more you see the more you realize this (existence) is some kind of a bad joke.
I am also pessimist and anti natalist. This is why I love Cattle Decapitation in the first place because I relate to lyrics and even artists personal views.
🤣🤣 y’all sound like some edgy uneducated dipshits.I mean everything y’all just spit out was complete nonsense and I bet you have a high IQ 🤣🤣 what a bunch of lonely ass idiots.
Although we really can't force people not to breed. It's their choice. Just do it responsibly.
And also, it does have a lot to do with resources too. Having kids in poverty is of course going to be hard on everyone, and we have to fight the powers that be to ensure that it's a better world that the kids get to see in the future. Marxism has more merits than Malthusianism.
Damn this video was totally different before, I remember thinking how another plague was impossible and here we are
Eerily Hitting close to home right now!
Seeing Cattle Decap Dec 11th club red Mesa Az!! Cant wait! VITRIOL is supporting them!!🤘🤘🤘😎😎

@@PorscheJon Near Term Extinction? Thats probably going to be man made? Sorry everybodu but therers still zero evidence of man made anything. And they never provide any. The so called climate experts. He called it a trash heap. America has done incredible things over the decades to reduce air pollution and water pollution. The way factories and industries get rid of waste. Car emission standards greatly improved.
There used to be a thick layer of air pollution hanging over major cities up through the the 70s into the 80s. They called it smog. Its been gone since before you were born. Im jus sayin man, most all climate change alarmists like him dont really know anything, as we saw here. He didnt say anything other than make baseless claims.
@@bellmeisterful Okay. So you are one of those too far gone guys. All you have to do is go to NASA where they explain it is a 97% consensus between climate scientists that humans have caused our recent exponentially warming of our Earth. Unless you are a conspiracy theorist.
@@PorscheJon Lmao.Youre getting your liberal lies screwed up. The 97% thing actually was put together by a guy in Australia and was found to be flawed. Not NASA.
Nothing will safe anyone if it happens it happens nothing we can do people need to just shut up about it already and if you fly in a plane or drive in a car then your no better then anyone else.
Is this the full interview?
Holy fuck, the people in these comments are really trying to validate Travis's feelings.
I definitely Mirror Travis's sentiment on not discussing the "Extra terrestrial" extinction side, that shit scares the fuck out of me
Doomer Decapitation.
lol this aged so well
I think Travis may be surprised to know how many young adults have already decided not to have children. Unfortunately, that trend seems limited to first world countries where information is easily accessible, like the good old US of A and several European nations. The people who choose to educate themselves are far outnumbered by apathetic breeders, so it would seem our efforts are too little, too late.
Just like the movie Idiocracy.
That is a good thing that young adults aren't having children. Theyre too self absorbed and mentally unstable to raise and care for another human being.
Is that a Bethlehem shirt? No wonder Death Atlas sounds so sad and bleak. Travis been listening to some dark ass shit.
Cattle Decapitation is absolutely amazing!!
I feel ashamed to be republican, there is literal people saying that climate change isn’t real in these comments, but I hope they are jokes
Not a joke but not nearly as big as people such as aoc make it out to be. Which is why people are starting to see it as a scam and disregard it all together.
Don't feel ashamed, I'm a daft lefty and I'm happy you have your views independent of mine. You can believe in climate change and be republican. I'm certain human-derived climate change is real, but I could be wrong.

Metal dude Metal!
Absolute certainty is foolish and dangerous. I see a talented, albeit naive man who has been manipulated by a narrative, that by design, wants only subservience and to centralize control. Would love to hear his response to populations demographic collapse, or on fossil fuel accelerationism being the only possible way to advance economies and tech toward his new world eutopia. Interesting if not a little sad. 👌
How prophetic...man....

Thank you Travis sending this to a female who's thinking about having her first child at 35 maybe this will help thank you gracias for making this. Humans😮😮
He just stated he's anti natalist. It's funny how I can relate to this guy views and art. Best extreme vocalist and inspiration.
@Mors Gelida What's yikes about antinatalism?
@Mors Gelida Could you explain why being opposed to reproduction means you have no meaning in this world?
@Mors Gelida Why is reproducing the most natural and good thing humans can do?
I also wonder what you think about infertile people. They cannot reproduce, they cannot do the thing that you say is the most natural and good thing to do. Does this also mean that infertile people have no meaning in this world?
What about midwifes who don't want children themselves? Do they have no meaning in this world, even when their entire job is making sure that other women can give birth safely?
P.S.: I never said I'm an antinatalist, I'm just interested in your opinions and reasoning about it.
@Mors Gelida Could you actually answer my questions?
"If you ask people who can't they'll say that they wish they could reproduce"
Where is your evidence that this is true?
@Mors Gelida I could say that normal people don't want kids, and people who can't reproduce don't wish they could.
You wouldn't believe me if I said that, you would want to see evidence that what I'm saying is true.
In that same way I don't believe you when you say "Normal people want kids, people who can't reproduce wish they could.", so I want to see evidence that what you're saying is true.
Do you have any evidence?
no worries, corona just promo for new cattle decap album
