Beacon Heights Trail - Linville, NC

Beacon Heights Trail is a popular hike located right along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. If you are looking to get out of the car to stretch your legs for a moment this short hike will be a great option on your trip. Found close to the Linn Cove Viaduct you will end the trail on a bald rock facing endless mountain views. This is a great hike for kids and if you wanted to bring a picnic this would be an excellent spot for a lunch break.

I would recommend it for sure. It was very short and simple with a great pay off.
