So, this was the first time I did this 30min. practise with you Uliana. It was great and your gentle cues kept me well-paced and feeling just right when it was over. Did it again and it's perfect for my 72-yr. old body. Your gentle guidance over this year has encouraged me to go to the mat 4-5 days a week as opposed to 3days a week. Thank you, dear Uliana and much happiness in health with your pregnancy.

try Uliana's intro to ashtanga but if you get the ashtanga bug( like me) these kinda yoga vids are rather nice in the morning and the perfect compliment to ashtanga or any other strong physical exercise.
I actually mostly do yoga) I only started doing other workouts over the past year at home - mostly just pilates, or some fusion workouts like yoga/pilates hiit that UA-cam recommends me :)
@@HouseofMeow3484 i did Uliana's ashtanga begineers course and now im hooked on ashtanga. you can hurt yourself with ashtanga if you go all out and ignore pain. But done mindfully with body awareness you wont believe how strong and fit you can become. just dont become addicted to it like me.

I did this routine this morning, i have to get a yoga mat doing this on hard wood is kinda painful.
ouch! I can imagine it being painful on the knees. Definitely get a mat :)
