Will this work fix the audio jack issue when replacing the speaker? Every time when I plug in the cord to the headphones it sounded faulty on one of the channels. Even when I replaced the cord or use a Bluetooth adapter, it still does the same thing. So I have to press it harder for it to work. Bluetooth adapter is fine, but for the cord, when I run, still faulty.
if you have to press it harder for it to work, it maybe speaker problem, because when press headphones, it make air pressure to speaker cone and it start sound.
Hello! I'm having a problem where the right speaker cuts in and out depending on how the earmuff is positioned, and it's gradually gotten to a point where it's practically always cut out. So I'm wondering if that's a problem with the speaker or if that might just be a loose wire in there? What do you think? I'm hoping I don't have to order a new speaker hehe
dead speaker problem is simplest repair, because if got broken cable in hinge, you can forget these heaphones. But first, check speaker and wires with multimeter. How To Use a Multimeter: ua-cam.com/video/BMOaVI-yhGg/v-deo.html
What about the noise cancelling function? My right ear has broken in a way where it neither plays audio nor cancels noise. Will replacing the driver also restore the noise cancelling functions?
Thanks for the great video, somehow my QC25 is the special color version, with special glue, instead of using glue+screw like video does, mine only uses very strong glue to fix the black cover, tried to heat up very very very long time and end up the housing melts, black cover melts but the glue still doesnt, so can't get rid of the black cover without destroying it, did repair the speaker but can't reassemble normally with deformed housing.
Why do u blast your music so GD loud between your commentary. I find myself constantly adjusting volume instead of following the content. Very poor production
@@TechscrewDIY Well that depends on what sorts of projects people do. Soldering iron, hot glue gun, and another microphone. You're taking parts from another microphone? How much does that other microphone cost.

An easy fix. Thanks for the excellent video that prevented me spending £300 on a new pair.
it's really easy because you have nothing to lose, all you have to do is try to fix headphones. YOU can always manage to spend money.

@@TechscrewDIY So do I have to replace the speaker or go with using an air compressor?
replace the speaker, maybe both, if want balanced sound.
What's the "paper method" you mention at the start?
You need find it on youtube, but for me, it never worked.

Hi, does anyone know what size the inside wires are? What could I search for to buy some? Thanks
just buy cheapest wired earbuds and take wires from them.
What about the noise cancelling function? My right ear has broken in a way where it neither plays audio nor cancels noise. Will replacing the driver also restore the noise cancelling functions?
yes, because noise cancelling make mic together with driver.
does this remove noise cancellation?
no.

sometimes it happens :(
Hi!
Thanks for the video!

The cost of required tools and parts is higher than a new headset
what are the expensive tools that are not found at home?

but then you have them for all other projects of this type...
