Blunt Master a lawyers job is to show enough reasonable doubt, but in this case he actually ripped the entire case to shreds. I’m sorry if you didn’t like the outcome here.
When you or your family member are ever accused of a crime u can just go ahead and plead guilty, that is your choice.

He's got the gift of gab. I'm sitting here reviewing this and even believing he could've gotten AHs conviction overturned.

Jose Baez absolutely *smoked* the prosecution in this case. He assembled an impeccable case and he did an *even better* job of articulating it to the jury, *especially* in these closing statements. He’s also really entertaining; you forget you’re even listening to court proceedings. Fantastically executed.

His Casey Anthony closing was even better... check it out, powerful and highly entertaining. He tore the prosecution apart in that closing as well. They would pan to the prosecutor time to time and he literally had him squirming in his seat lol

Baez can convince anyone of anything. He’s totally strategic in every sentence he speaks. Very mythodical closing statement. He starts off slow, passive to earn the trust of the jury. Then gets so powerful once he has them on his side.

      DMG GARCIA. No chance.
And IMO Aaron suddenly got a massive guilt trip - combined with his drug repercussions and realisation that he was not going to get away with everything anymore -- realised who he'd let down, including himself, his fiance and daughter, and his father eventhough he physically and psychologically beat him so badly, that he wasn't that like anymore, knew that he'd thrown his miracle job away, and it all got too much, and he was going to be in prison forever, hence why he took his own life.

FYI: what court stenographer has over her mouth,The stenomask is a sound proof mask worn over the mouth and nose that contains a microphone. The court reporter's voice is the only noise captured by the microphone. The court reporter repeats every word said during the court case, including notes on tone and gestures, as well as other transcription notes.

I totally agree with you. I think he covered for Alexander Bradley also. I think he hid the car to cover for Bradley. I also don't think he shot Bradley. I think Bradley got shot by people Aaron knew and wether or not AH knew he was going to get shot and set him up i don't know. I do think Bradley thought AARon set him up so that's why he got mad at him. I don't think Aaron shot him. AB saw that he was in a spot to get money so he went with it.

That’ why at the very beginning of this case they were showing gory pictures of the crime scene to get you riled up... to play on your emotions. When the judge specially will tell you, you are to be dispassionate, you are not to base your decision on emotions, you are to base it on the facts!! The evidences!!” (start at 55:01) WOW!!!Jose Baez, you are mentoring without even knowing it a new generation of hungry soon to be defense attorneys like myself. Very inspiring.

Come on! This guy did all 3 and probably other things we don't know about.
Why's his cousin hiding the silver SUV? Why didn't Hernandez take the stand?
Remember, he doesn't like people"trying him", which is why he got a gun. Worse thing Bradley did is get this guy a gun. He should have never bought a gun for him.

what tf is thst lady holding and why is the judge not paying attention?

    • @Iris-gy2mi
      @Iris-gy2mi 5 років тому +3

She's a court reporter, she records everything being said in the courtroom. Usually you see them typing everything using a stenograph, but she has some sort of voice recording device so she doesn't have to type. The judge mentioned her job the first day of the trial, hope this helps.

MG INK She's transcribing everything that's being said. Instead of typing everything that's said, she's speaking it.

The burden of proof for prosecutors in a criminal case should be reduced to “more likely than not that they’re guilty” instead of “beyond a reasonable doubt that they’re guilty”.

Jose Baez is a f****** rock star.He killed it in this crossing argument. If hernandez would had him from the Rip, he would have never got convicted in my opinion. Cause I don't believe he wasn't the trigger man and either situation this case or the other. It's a shame that he didn't go through with the appeal. And they just recently released his last phone conversations and it certainly didn't sound like he was going to do anything like what happenedI wish that we would have got to see the appeal with Jose representing him
I think the K2 had a lot to do with it. That he was smoking in the last few hours of his life. He probably got to thinking well. What if the appeal don't get OverturnedThen I can't provide for my daughter at all. Sad what happened 23 with the world at his feet.
If he would've just surrounded himself with better people and like the culture that he liked without being involved in any of the activity that comes along with that culture
