Prosecution main closing argument: 1) AH shot AB to keep him from telling people about the Boston shooting 🤔 So, AH shoots AB in front of two other people to keep AB from talking about the Boston shooting. According to this logic, AH would now have two people to worry about instead of one person. WTF kind of logic is that? His closing arguments were not very good IMO. According to this prosecutor, most of the regular actions people do are "an admission of guilt". 🙄
Because Alexander Bradley was their 3 legged pony and they tried to ride him to the finish line! Jose said. Bryan should hire Jose he is a miracle worker. I watched his closing in this it was brilliant
A jury who spent months on the case and had the ultimate decision and looked over evidence saw differently and if you haven't had the time to look into Alexander Bradley i suggest you do... don't be so gullible to law enforcement and media, they both have their own motives
I've been to clubs/bars and left sooner than "9" min. Usually if the club/bar was dead or didn't have many attractive women. If you leave early it doesn't mean you chose to leave cause you had some sort of altercation with someone, no you just choose to leave early. And If I paid for two drinks at a club I'd try to take them with me on my way out. Why not I paid for them. Usually security wont let that happen but AH has been given VIP treatment and why not. The DA/Prosecutors always try to throw BS at the defendant and don't care about the outcome.
Prosector Patrick Haggan wove AH"s driveby shootings and the shooting of AB together beautifully. You could understand everything he was saying because it made sense, common sense. He didn't weave a story of make-believe as defense attorney JB did. The what if's, maybes, could be's, etc… Haggan reminds me of Vincent Bugliosi who was able to get Manson convicted on much less than AH. Guilty on all charges is my opinion.
Prosecutor Haggan's closing was just as good as Baez. Different men/diff styles. Haggan is methodical in his approach and has serious overtones while Baez was more animated but defended his client well. This case is 50/50 either way. Interested in what jurors decide.
The problem with Haggans statement is he keeps saying to look at it as if they didn't hear Alexander Bradleys testimony. The jury did hear it and to look at it as if they didn't is wrong and they can't do.
Baez made his defense about PEOPLE, not about evidence. He said everyone was lying, had an ulterior motive, or lacked credibility. The entire purpose of this defense strategy was simply to cast a net of reasonable doubt over everything. It's a generic technique any defense attorney would use for any case. But Baez failed because he made it all about people and did not address the material facts of the case. The gun--the murder weapon, coincidentally turns up with an associate of AH. The murder vehicle, again...turns up with another associate of AH. The tattoo, the cellphone pings and text messages--these are all physical pieces of evidence that connect AH directly to this crime and tie him to the crime scene and murder weapon. So even if the jury was to accept Baez's specious closing argument which discredits some of the witnesses, that alone doesn't erase the incontrovertible physical evidence that still links AH to the crime. Without considering any witness testimony the prosecution still proved motive and demonstrated guilt, and provided the jury with a complete roadmap of the crime leading from the bloody corpses of the victims all the way back to the images of the murder weapon inked into the killer's own flesh.
But if he extorted and committed perjury, ignoring his testimony is against the law. Yeah it's up to the jury to decide, but the jury has to take everything into account.
wtf? LOL at the comments. i'm not convinced at all by this closing argument. Baez was impressive, so much that i watched it twice. But the prosecutor closing argument relied on emotion from the very beginning, so, basically, a drug dealer asking a professional athlete to stop being aggressive.. lol how stupid was that scenario to begin with. He is trying too hard shift the focus here. i'm more and more convinced that AH has been killed. Way too strange.
prosecution is leading the jury through a smooth circumstantial case. Baez was his usual eloquent say what ever you have to to save your client. Anyone's guess to the verdict.
So, was Aaron going to shoot the 2 guys who saw him shoot Bradley? Bradley wanted to murder Aaron - he admitted that on the stand. A part of Bradley's business is having to carry a gun. He's likely killed people before. He's gotten away with everything in the past and he got a deal here so that he got away with this too.
Bradley's girlfriend has know for years that he's a criminal. She took money from him from drug dealing. Not likely the first time she's cover for him.
plus the kids they shot said they were n the garage at the club kissing. alexander and aaron was on the downlow. and the young men saw them and laughed at them kissing.i think he went after them to keep it on the hush hush. cause he was in the pros and did not want it out in the public.....ijs and how his young wife did not know this was happing in her house too.ugh she needs to growup.
they can't assume his tattoos tell this trials closing! that's BS! why did those two guys leave the scene of a shooting with two of their friends the died? come on WTF do they have to hide. and also a couple of people said they seen someone with corn rolls. the main thing is is that no one was able to identify the shooter who murdered two guys. Not Guilty!
This guy is so much nicer and professional. Remember how many times the judge had to 'tell Baez off'?? And as you are obviously looking for entertainment rather than serious court cases, I'm sure there are videos of singing parrots etc somewhere.
@@roxxylala26 The prosecutor and team were great. It's just Baez caused enough reasonable doubt and also Alexander Bradley's testimony had many contradictions
I think Shayanna Jenkins go by Hernandez because of movie Rights etc. Etc. She will be in charge of money coming in. Their daughter is 4 years old she is to young to handle any affairs.
Jose Baez is a tough act to follow lol. I'm sorry but this prosecutor is not on the same level, not even close. Reminds me of the prosecutor in the Casey Anthony trial
I hate to admit it, but I agree - Baez was a good act in closing arguments. However, that's just what it is - an act. A Flashy Lawyer-y Act. Nunez comes across as more of a straight talker. It's going to be a close one - but I predict a guilty verdict.

Brilliant articulation of the brutal crime.
How in the world ,HERNADEZ GOT OFF THESE KILLINGS.
He got off because the jury were morons... they are a disgrace... Bias is a joke.. what more did these jurors need
Spoiler Alert!!! 😢😮😶
Because Alexander Bradley was their 3 legged pony and they tried to ride him to the finish line! Jose said. Bryan should hire Jose he is a miracle worker. I watched his closing in this it was brilliant
Presentation.. for the processcution was great he spoke for the 2 death men.. who could not speak for themselves.. awesome job
How this jury found him "not guilty" is absolutely shocking. Everybody knows that POS is serial killer and tried to kill his friend.
A jury who spent months on the case and had the ultimate decision and looked over evidence saw differently and if you haven't had the time to look into Alexander Bradley i suggest you do... don't be so gullible to law enforcement and media, they both have their own motives

Baez is a good lawyer, I would hire him.. people are just jealous of him.
faba faba you better have an endless bank account..

true words !
Very impressive and convincing closing argument by ADA Haggan. Defense lawyer Baez's closing remarks were pretty much a shell game.
It sure would have been nice to see the screen of pictures.

Haggan is clearly able but he's not in Baez' league. He has just one tempo and never pauses. He could be much better
“He called their names” ... how did he know their names ? Lol
nice closing argument!
10 seconds----- i started to cry, poor families....
Haggan is impressive
Lol at the reference to Rihanna's gun tatt. I bet she doesn't want any part of this trial or closing. 🔫
The problem with Haggans statement is he keeps saying to look at it as if they didn't hear Alexander Bradleys testimony. The jury did hear it and to look at it as if they didn't is wrong and they can't do.
Todd Cook he is saying that on purpose. he's saying "in case you don't believe AB, I can still prove AH is guilty"
Here from the AMERICAN SPORTS STORY FX N HULU -

how did Baez fail he got a not-guilty verdict lmao
I hate how this prosecutor keeps saying REALLY and SERIOUSLY, like his a 16 Yr old girl!!
His also a great lawyer too.
Seriously .....That Prosecutor I like him.
Haggan is great
But if he extorted and committed perjury, ignoring his testimony is against the law. Yeah it's up to the jury to decide, but the jury has to take everything into account.
I found it kinda of damming that AH rented a car the very next day.

Prosecutor are telling the truth, how refreshing.....Lying JB.
slypool slypool Ahahaha not guilty
I still don't see know direct evedince
prosecution is leading the jury through a smooth circumstantial case. Baez was his usual eloquent say what ever you have to to save your client. Anyone's guess to the verdict.
Windsor Castle ahahahahahah not guilty
He should not have made the stupid argument that the tattoos were “consciousness of guilt.” Made his case look flimsy.

B Fuentes did you notice in one of the videos from the night club a light complected male with long braids?
I think that this judge would have let him go if it were up to him...
Horrible prosecutor & team. Boring no passion & dry af. Smh...no wonder Baez beat them. Baez had more passion & kept it simple.
This guy is so much nicer and professional. Remember how many times the judge had to 'tell Baez off'??

Jurors got this WRONG
In your opinion
Jurors got it right bradley is a liar and killed those 2 guys RIP AARON 🙏
He killed this two people and others was serial killer
Hagan did the most stupid closing argument, no evidence just speculation.
Is speculation turned into especulatión the same as Spaniard turned into Español? Like you and Baez both are?
Seriously, I don't miss a trick LOL.
Awful prosecution closing
Jose Baez is a tough act to follow lol. I'm sorry but this prosecutor is not on the same level, not even close. Reminds me of the prosecutor in the Casey Anthony trial

i disagree fully. Beaz wasnt at all professional as Haggan was.
Jimmy Twotime Horrible closing by the prosecution. No wonder they lost.

shyanna jenkins is so gorgeous , god dam aaron how can you cheat on her
