Very nice, very impressed when I visited, the solid feel of the home made me very comfortable, the decor selected very nice, the colors type of paint, fixtures and special touches, and the homes lay out..I've been in alot of homes and this home offers some special things. Great job and thank you.
Did they change the Garage in to a room, I did not see one. Where am I going to park my Bently. These places never show the Garage, which is very important to a buyer.
Cute, but terrible design; you walk right into your dining room. There should be at least a small entryway to match the grandness of this home and price. Also, I hate bathrooms and kitchens without a window. Builders do this to cut corners. Ya live in the sunshine state; build for bright and airy guys. Also, bedroom window is off center for accommodating twin beds. Very well staged home but awkward floor plan.
