So beautiful and magical! We are considering this villa for our wedding ceremony summer time, which will be intimate with closest family members (16 people). We have already contacted Susan and I'm more than excited! 😍🎉
My wife and I have traveled quite a bit and usually stay at very upscale hotels.
We chose Villa Adriana in Tampa for a family vacation of 8 nights with our single, as well as married, children. We were a group of 12, ranging in age from an infant to a 50 year old.
Dara, the proprietor and the mastermind behind the villa's creation, was a delight to work with, before, during, and after our stay. We met as business associates and parted as good friends.
Upon our arrival, needless to say, we found a luxurious property that FAR exceeded our expectations. From the moment one enters the villa, it is openly obvious that a tremendous amount of effort, forethought, and expense was invested into making the guests' stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
We delighted in every single minute that we spent at this beautiful and extraordinary property. The photographs truly don't do it justice - it is so much more inviting and luxurious in real life.
We've stayed in numerous other high-end villas before, but never did we experience such beauty, tranquility, and effort on the owner's part to please us.
As a family, we usually don't repeat vacation destinations, preferring to expose the family to new experiences. However, with Villa Adriana and Dara, we're breaking our personal rule and we've already booked it for an entire week for the 2017 summer.
If you are looking to luxuriate in a setting of natural and artistic beauty, if you prefer high-end standards, if you appreciate doing business with honorable and respectable people, then Villa Adriana is most definitely for you. It will be a stay that will forever live on in your mind, heart, and soul!

Michael, you'd really be afraid? This lake is no different from any other lake in Florida. Alligators move from lake to lake inn search of fish.
Dara Khoyi im from idaho. No experience with gators. I can only inagine skiing along and BAM next thing you know a 12 foot lizard is draggin ya down. Not fun. Beautiful house though.
Thanks for the compliment. Alligators prefer an easy meal. They're patient hunters and will stalk their prey in the water for hours before attacking. They don't like to attack anything they can't swallow in one gulp. Even large alligators are afraid of humans and typically choose prey that's relatively small, which is good news for adult human beings. Small alligators make up the majority of the alligator population. An alligator that is less than 5 feet (1.5 meters) long will typically eat crawfish, small snakes and turtles. They don't even present a threat to small dogs. Alligators are not a threat to humans and won't attack people under normal circumstances. They only lose their fear of humans if they become accustomed to being fed by humans. This is why you never should feed them.
