In my opinion, the interview itself was great; however, I felt that Andrew was trying to create a conversation with Francesca while questioning about different topics, and Francesca was giving only “mhmmm, that’s really fascinating”, which somehow disrupted the flow state of the conversation. “Example, the implications of RICE in abusive relationships”, adding that this interview was more answering, questioning, answering, questioning type…
Also, you tend to overreact when replying, which gives you a look at who's “lying or pretending” and not really being genuine. You've got to master it to become more fluid…
However there are great points, the questions were spot on and, verbal tones were amazing aswell.
Overall, it was great, but some topics could’ve been explored and refined.
My take here would be for you to enjoy more the interview, be a bit more curious about the topics and go around them like if you were talking to a friend!
Good luck with your next interviews!

Always pretending to be someone you're not. Backstabbing friends, because he told his operatives about everybody he knew, to find out if they could be turned into an asset.
I paid him a visit, and he told me about how to make money with art - using trickery. A spy is often a pathetic person with no real friends.

Reward, Ideology, Cohesion, and Ego can certainly influence human behavior. But to suggest they are primary tools for manipulation is an oversimplification.they are not foolproof or universally effective. Many other elements influence human behavior as well, such as fear, guilt, empathy, and logic as well as other things. People are complex and respond differently to different factors. What motivates one person may not influence another.

32:33 R.I.C.E. reminds me. These people used to talk about M.I.C.E. That was Money, Ideology, Compromise, Ego. My takeaway: Ideology and Ego remain unchanged. 'C' used to stand for Compromise, but now it stands for Coercion; they are basically the same, but the word has been updated, strengthened a bit. And Money has been exchanged for Reward-expanded really, because money is not the only reward. And that, children, is modern-day evolution in action.

Im glad he specified when things apply to neurotypicals. Also hwving cptsd, I think its easier to pick up on lies bc we pay close attention to body language, facial expressions etc. Really good interview!!

Because they are doing a psyop and the psyop is the matrix pill. Look at his t-shirt. The matrix coercion is to question everything and everyone as if they are your enemy because if you can destroy trust between people then you can rule them.

In India it is similar that food doesn't matter the thing that matters is digestion. There is an idiom that people even digest bricks ,stones and mirrors .if they have digestion.

Correct, sleep over food due to its all about energy in energy out, i always have a water bottle next to my bed and in my bag. Long term not good to eat bad but for a few months- year you will still function if you are fit and rested
