He outsmart them. In the beginning of the podcast, Andrew started strong, challenging him very often...by the end of the podcast he was promoting his business, endorsing him as a genius. Transformed Andrew in an asset. He could've ended it by saying "thank you for coffee" 😅
True, 30 minutes in....

1:20:12 - As a medically retired combat veteran, I can absolutely confirm this is true. I never believed I would live long enough to watch our country fall from grace to the extent that it has. @@dota2freaks oooh you sooo smart with the spelling nazism
“Whistleblowers need to try other avenues first.” I wonder how many have tried that and then….

Cia: oh, i guess he mysteriously died
😭😭
they get parking lot
Honestly, whistleblowers can't go anywhere bc they get booted, threatened or punished if they go to any one they are supposed to go to. Human Resource works for an entity and they will not side with you bc they are part of the entity.
For real🤣 like they were the ones who probably tried everything else first
I struggle with this as well to be honest. If you have ever held anything above a secret, I think you would understand more. People leaking secrets and calling themselves whistleblowers are clearly traitors. People leaking things that are clearly illegal and have attempted to go through alternative channels, I get. Blasting it online causes damage to people who may not even be party to the activity. There is a definite need for people to come forward when things are wrong. There are options for that that do not include getting the Epstein treatment.
Journalism is a completely separate topic. Julian Assange, from my point of view, did nothing wrong. He did what any journalist or news agency in the world would have done. His informants, however, are absolutely guilty. Chelsea Manning grabbed anything (they?) could to have 15 minutes of fame. That is not whistle blowing. That is leaking classified information with no remorse for fallout.

yeah totally. dude just went on a podcast specifically to be interviewed and spent the whole time on their platform answering the questions they asked. what a total tool right? 🤡
you're kidding right? fake or not this man definitely gave legit middle of the road answers. anyone who wants to work in the agency is always going to speak highly of it after but address internal issues with the government because most of the time thats WHY people applied. that's any government position. there is always bureaucracy. everyone acts like it's black and white. good or bad. pro or anti. but that goes against the entire reason why some of our people are awesome. because change happens from within. 😂

@@rickfoster1688I agree that it's a natural thing people do in conversation, but I do not think it's good for podcasting at all
When you watch a really good podcast, the flow of the conversation isn't like listening to two people talk normally. In a normal conversation, it's totally normal to do this because it shows you are actively listening. When it's done on a podcast, it's abrasive to the flow of the pod - it's hard to explain but it's something that you can simply 'feel' when it happens. No one said it better than Shane Gillis who coined the 'Schulz Epiphanies'
There's always haters. I think Andrew is a great host and always makes it funny. I enjoy this podcast a lot and I'm not going to let some person in the comments ruin it for me 💯
I seriously doubt that guy or any CIA agent being recorded can be buttered up into revealing what they shouldn’t, at least not someone with access to real info. He is probably revealing what he was told too or he just blowing smoke screens.
Andrew seems like he was most likely ignored by his parents as a child, it's why he reaches to be seen and heard so much. He's really just chasing a pat on the back and a compliment, for anything. The lack of self-awareness is wild.
He’s aware of that, he himself said that he gives you a laugh and you give him attention
Or he's a walking CIA ads
This. He wants so badly for Andy to think he’s smart.
He said something similar in other interviews.
It's fucking annoying when he keeps cutting people off man. If he can't keep his thoughts in order while other people speak, he's in the wrong line of work.
The movie “Spy Games” with
Robert Redford and Brad Pitt
Is spot on with this conversation. Classic
By far is the best podcast I've seen. Blessings to Andrew Bustamente and his family. Fascinating podcast.❤❤❤❤
I love the 4-man/1.3-mouth panel format
For real, he just broke down the entire post war period will now. Impressive. Really enjoyed this one. What an articulate guy..
Too bad he lacks an enormous amount of historical context. He's clearly there to make points in service of the "homeland", not to convey accurate information.
51:15 "I have never, even though I dream of the day I GET TO, tried a controlled substance..."
Why can't he now? Probably because he's still in the agency 😅
very very VERY awesome podcast. wow, a lot of good questions, not much interruptions., quality!
2:03:30
Andrew: What country do you think I would be working for?
Akash: Judging by his nose . . . Mosaad
LOL
Nosaad
When the "plant" is so obviously a plant that you start question if he is actually planted, but really, you know he's got to be a plant lol
It's sometimes called a limited hangout
@@Yugemostsuj nice
They had to replace robert david Steele lol
What do you mean by a plant? Do you mean not real? My old roommate worked for CIA. A plant in the music industry means they had connections to get in. He was in the military before he went into CIA. Can you please explain your thoughts?
@@durpledorekapre3991 disregard most of these fools that watch this podcast. They have very simplistic minds. They act like sophomoric jokesters yelling buzzwords like psyop or controlled opposition when they dont understand the game.
Awesome set great one a very informative and interesting had me thinking about a lot of
1:05:21 that’s crazy i’ve been telling people we’re in teenage stage. enough to move on our own. but not enough to understand right and wrong and the implications of both
19:40 “intelligence reform, what does that mean?”
“…is the idea that We need to reform the way we do intelligence”
Spectacular XD
22:23 Akaash attempts to ask a question but is immediately interrupted by Andrew
nobody cares....
23:33 Andrew apologizes to Akaash and let's him have the floor.
Presented to you by, I don't have a life either.
Happens all the time
That’s his puppy
@@nimmha6708 that wasn’t his question 😂 stop talking down to people, it makes you feel worse.
This guys enlightenment is that it’s not called “The CIA”. 🙏
😂😂😂😂Yup..he was full of fairy tales!
Thus episode is brilliant!
If you listened to his last interview with "The Diary Of A CEO" notice what happens with the legs at 3:00:09 - He got Schulz right where he want him.
I found that podcast more credible that this Shultz one . This sounds like a comedy show .
It is a comedy show
Am I the only one who imagined that he pulled his own tooth so he could have a gps tracker tooth installed before missions, right where that missing tooth is?😂
Be losing them sometimes 😂
Ex-cia can't infiltrate a filling between his own teeth 😂😂
I bet you're right. He's been making $millions with his new business so not having $$$ to have dental work done isn't an issue at all.
My family emigrated to Switzerland through work. But I tried getting Portuguese citizenship through my grandmother but it didn’t work out. Neutral Switzerland is good for us for our kids’ futures. Been here 10 years now.
Bro! This is my favorite episode thus far!!! I kinda like homie.
I've seen several of Andrew's interviews. It's hard to distinguish if he is who he says he is "former" CIA. There are a lot of recruiting talking points in my opinion. Either way, I enjoyed his conversation, and he was a great talking piece in this role. "The best place to hide is in plain sight." "Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact.
