Hello ninja, when baking brownies is it only getting heat from the top burner? Or should i say when using bake is it only getting heat from the top? Thanks again looks promising
I have this and although I was very impressed with a frozen salmon I put in, there are some popular everyday things that it misses the mark on. For instance, why can’t I put a large bag of fries in the combi pan and put burgers on the bake tray? According to manual, both would have to go on the crisper tray or bake tray depending on cooking method but I don’t want soggy/greasy burger fat fries. My biggest gripe is how they keep telling people to use foil when many of us want to error on the side of caution and not use foil. If you made stainless steel pans/trays available, I’d also prefer using that to whatever nonstick coating is used for same reasons. I have to soak the bake tray anyway as it isn’t very nonstick after all.
We truly value your feedback as it helps us to continue to grow! We would be happy to forward your view along to our development team for future consideration. Please know you can use parchment paper instead of aluminum foil.
I have your DT-201 oven. It has terrible temperature control and is often around 30 degrees below the stated temperature or some other amount very far off, depending on the function chosen. I have 2 accurate oven thermometers that agree closely. It also has a silly 60-second beep that is supposed to indicate it has preheated...it is not even up to 200 degrees by then...takes 8 minutes or so to get up to high temperature. How closely does this unit keep the selected temperature and how long does it take to preheat to 400 degrees? How large a round pizza can fit in it?
Hello, stephenf99 stephenf99. We are sorry to hear that your DT201 is not getting to the correct temperature for you. The Ninja Combi cooker should hold the correct temperature you select, and we recommend giving it at least 5 minutes to pre-heat. To assist you with the DT201, we recommend that you contact us via Facebook at spr.ly/6053uknKv, Twitter at spr.ly/6054uknKa, or Instagram at spr.ly/6055uknKx.
Hi nqobile, using a converter/transformer with this high wattage system can provide a current that exceeds the capacity of the unit. This unit does not have a dehydrate function. I suggest contact our international team at: internationalmarketsupport@sharkninja.com
I already have the Ninja Dg551 Foodi indoor girll, Ninja OL501 Foodi/pressure cooker, and Ninja BL770 mega kitchen system. What can this one do that all those can't?

That is an excellent question! The Ninja Combi does not function as a microwave, and it will not be able to replace it. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you for your interest in our Ninja Combi, Kathleen! The pan and tray are 8x8 inches. We recommend only using Combi accessories. However, you can use a standard baking accessory.
Form factor is good but I can already tell it's going to be much harder to clean than Speedi. This needs to have the same pan but with sides doing all the way to the top, with the top opening, not side opening, and I will buy that in a second. Also the bottom needs to go to 500F like the griddle grill one. Meanwhile, I'll go with discounted Speedi.
Thank you for your interest in the Ninja Combi, Sarah! You can absolutely use this product for steaming. You simply add a little water to the Combi pan and add the crisper tray on top of it. You will then add ingredients on top of the crisper tray. It has 14 Cooking Functions (Combi Meals, Combi Crisp, Combi Bake, Rice/Pasta, Sear/Sauté, Steam, Bake, Toast, Pizza, Slow Cook, Proof, Sous Vide, Air Fry, and Broil.
We need more recipe for the ninja combi please. I am someone that needs recipes written down. I can’t just throw things together. I wish they had a larger book. If anyone knows of one, please let me know.
Greetings! It is amazing to hear your interest in a rotisserie option for the Ninja Combi. We will forward your interest in this to the correct team for future products.
I never seen that Ninja Combi before. This is cool. Thank you Ninja kitchen greetings to Los Angeles CA
Make stainless accessories for it. I do not want to use any with a non stick coating
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We would be more than happy to forward your view along to our development team for future consideration.
😍😍 surpassed yourself again👍
Hello ninja, when baking brownies is it only getting heat from the top burner? Or should i say when using bake is it only getting heat from the top? Thanks again looks promising
Hey, Chris! The heating element is on the top, however the heat continues to circulate throughout the unit, so it's evenly cooked!

agree with the stainless pans, i went online to search for them and they don't exist. I try to stay away from the non stick toxic coatings

So technically a updated ninja speedi
I agree not much different I will stick with my speedi.
The speedi in some stores is over $100 so between the 2 I would pick this just because updated
Two questions:
1. Can I use this product in the UK with an adapter?
2. Does this product have a dehydrate function?
Hi nqobile, using a converter/transformer with this high wattage system can provide a current that exceeds the capacity of the unit.
This unit does not have a dehydrate function. I suggest contact our international team at: internationalmarketsupport@sharkninja.com
Noticed the bake tray can only be put on top level , can you bake sourdough or roast chicken from that level ?
Maybe just use the deep tray with the crisper for chicken roast.

Thanks for reaching out, Omar! The unit utilizes a nano-ceramic coating that is PFOA and PFTE-free.
Can it replace a microwave as well?
That is an excellent question! The Ninja Combi does not function as a microwave, and it will not be able to replace it. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hi, What is the size of the pans that go inside of it?
why is this the only unanswered question??
Thank you for your interest in our Ninja Combi, Kathleen! The pan and tray are 8x8 inches. We recommend only using Combi accessories. However, you can use a standard baking accessory.
Hi, Sarah! We sincerely apologize for our delayed response.

@@NinjaKitchenUS can I use glass ware for baking in this unit?
Hows the electric consumption?
That is a great question! The Ninja Combi needs 1760 Watts, and 120 Volts.

Thanks so much for all of the feedback! We will be sure to pass along your suggestions to our team.
@@NinjaKitchenUSthat guy definitely doesn't speak for me. I would much prefer the side opening.
It’s not hard to clean at all 😮 like way easier than cleaning an oven..let’s not forget how far we’ve come now

Thank you.
it would be perfect if it has rotisserie
