    My favorite ginger snaps. I add 0.5tsp nutmeg and 0.25tsp ground clove to "ground" the spice and "smooth" the contrast between cinnamon and molasses flavors. I also roll in cinnamon + sugar, for a little extra sweetness ;)

    Are they crispy or chewy? Couldn't tell by the picture.

      Hi Di. Depends how long you bake them! I like them when the edges are crispy but the inside is a bit chewy.

    You did not give measurements for majority of the ingredients. I would’ve liked to tried it, but can’t do that without knowing them.

    your recipe says 6 ounces do you mean 6 tablespoons?
