    Those look perfect Blakley! I want to eat them on Christmas day while sipping Mimosas!
    If you get a chance, I'd love to see a Winter/Christmas cocktail.

    Really really want this written recipe but it won't allow me in to see it. Your measurements looked like more than you told to use. I am a measurer & want the measurements that are written down. I can eyeball somethings, but not in baking I can't, lolol! This is a very old video & I want to make these cookies to put in a gingersnap/pecan pie crust for Thanksgiving next week. Sure hope you see this fairly soon so I can acquire that recipe. They look amazing & I bet the smell is heavenly!! Thanks for the post!

    Two sticks of butter - right. But in Australia butter comes in blocks of 500 grams ? How much does two sticks weigh please

    I was hoping to find a recipe that used butter instead of shortening. I don't have fresh ginger though. :(
