  • 5 Minute Intermediate Passing Drills
    Join me as I take you through an intermediate 5-minute Intermediate Passing Drills. For each drill aim for the 5-10 reps OR the 5-10 makes range.
    Below will be the list of all of the drills we touched upon in the video so use this for reference!
    1. Single Ball off the Dribble Passing
    A. Between The Legs ( 30 Seconds Total / Both Sides)
    B. Behind The Back ( 30 Seconds Total / Both Sides)
    2. Pound Dribble
    A. Behind The Back Bounce Pass ( 30 Seconds Total/ Both Sides)
    B. Hook Pass (30 Seconds Total/ Both Sides)
    3. Two Ball Stationary Alternating Dribble
    A. Chest Pass (30 Seconds Total / Pass with Both Sides)
    B. Bounce Pass (30 Seconds Total / Pass With Both Hands)
    4. Two Ball Attacking Passing Off the Attack
    A. Chest Pass 30 Seconds Total/ Both Sides
    B. Bounce Pass 30 Seconds Total / Both Sides
    C. Hook Pass 30 Seconds Total / Both Sides
    5. Two Ball Attacking ( Half Court and Back to Baseline)
    A. Pounds Dribbles (Chest Pass & Bounce Pass)
    B. Alternating Dribbles ( Chest Pass & Bounce Pass)
